In this video I am sharing 6 science based tips to lose stubborn belly fat fast . On your fat loss journey as you become lean you tend to slow down on losing fat . Especially the stubborn fat in your lower abdomen , lower back and love handles tends to go in the last.
There is a reason for it. When we talk about fat loss we mean Lipolysis. Lipolysis is the process through which fat cells release fatty acids in the blood stream and then you burn those fatty acids. Now there are 2 kinds of receptors on your fat cells.
1. Alpha receptors
2. Beta receptors
The areas in your body which have more than f beta receptors, you can lose fat fast from those areas.
The areas like lower belly, lower back, side fat, love handles , thighs , butts have more of alpha receptors and it is difficult to lose fat. These areas are called stubborn fat areas.
I have shared 5 easy ways through which you can lose stubborn fat from lower belly , lower back, love handles and thigh fat.
1. Intermittent fasting - Intermittent fasting helps in oxidation of fat from stubborn fat areas and it improves blood flow in the abdominal region which increases fat loss from belly fat , lower back and love handles.
2. Increase frequency of abs training - By training your abs frequently 2-3 times a week you can increase blood flow in your lower abs and lower belly area which helps to lose belly fat and stubborn fat fast.
3. Cardio after Abs training - After abs training there is improve in blood flow in abdominal region which can help releasing fatty acids in blood stream. By doing low intensity cardio training for 20-30 mins post abs workout you can burn those free fatty acids and get rid of stubborn lower belly fat and lower back fat.
4. Increase NEAT - NEAT stands for non exercise activity thermogenesis which means increase calorie expenditure or burning more calories by increasing your activity outside the gym and you can use a step tracker or smart watch for this.
5. Caffeine - Caffeine is a great stimulant that can help in losing the stubborn fat and lower belly fat by increasing metabolism I.e. burning more calories or putting you in calorie deficit . Also it improves blood flow in stubborn fat areas of your body like lower abs, lower back, side fat , love handles and thighs which mobilises fat cells and helps you to burn fat fast.
