Hi coach, great video! 1 query, if I loose 500 cals in gym, do I need to add that in my calorie intake? E.g. I am maintaining 1600 cal diet, then burning 500 in gym, so net I am having 1100 cal diet in all, so do I have to maintain 1600 throughout or 1100 is what you will suggest?

It depends on your goal but generally a 200 calorie surplus/deficit is enough to initiate a change.

After every month check your weight, pictures and measurements. If no changes then make adjustments. Also if you are getting changes then go on maintenance for a month after every 3 months of dieting .
