Thank you, just be mindful of your calories. If you want to build muscle then you must be in a slight caloric surplus to compensate for the ones you burn during endurance running.

Though I have PCOS, all dairy products, milk, yogurt, whey protein powder seem to suit my body completely and I have no issues with them so can I continue to keep dairy in my daily diet? Because all my doctors say it’s alright to have dairy and gluten with PCOS ! Also what about tofu?

I would like to know, if I am following intermittent fasting, and 11am is my breakfast time and I do exercise before that, 9 or 10am can I have a small snack, or Gatorade in between if I am doing HIIT?? Can such modification be done.?

As you lose weight/fat, it becomes harder and harder to further do it. You will have to significantly push yourself in terms of diet and exercise to go past this plateau.
