I'm 46. People say I look like in my 20s. I never had anything done except for facial peels. I have Fitzgerald 3-4, thick Filipino skin. I used Retin-a in my 20s due to acne. I used some in my 30s, off & on; I started again toward the end of covid when I started seeing all the retinoid KZread videos 😂 Also, started using sunscreen again.

The reason your skin looks young is the THICK skin. Cardboard doesn’t wrinkle but tissue paper does.

I’m approaching 35 and have been caring for my skin since I was a young teen. It’s really worked in terms of invisible aging. Few think I’m a high school student and most think I’m in my early 20s. Then they look shocked when I tell them

I did nothing until a year ago and I am 51 years old now. In my profile picture I am 40 years old. Nobody believed me that I was 40 back then. Almost no change in my skin from 20 to 40. Not a wrinkle . And then at 49 I started to age rapidly :( Some people don't need to do anything until 45, then the perimenopause starts and everything is getting worse :(

Exactly. All these 35- and 40-year-olds claiming to look young... Wait until you hit menopause.

Kim, good for you. Make sure to get hormone replacement if there's no contraindication. Women drasticallically loss collagen due to menopause. Everyone, young and old, thinks my 48yo brother is 17.😂 Men have an advantage of drasticallically not losing sex hormones once they hit middle age.

@@dammar117omg yes. I hit menopause at 46 similar to my mom. I noticed some slight sagging. I'm on hormone replacement and the sagging went away. I still look like my 19yo drivers license photo. I'm Asian, and noticed Asian women look old in their 60. I think I takes approximately 10 years without estradiol to catch up and exponential aging😂

I had a baby face all my life effortlessly. Now almost 44 and I’m not sure if that’s still the case although people usually thinks so. But I’m a person of color and I have a healthy lifestyle.

I’ve never taken vitamin d or k, but do eat dairy including greek yogurt. Is there anything I can do to help build up the bone verses just slowing down loss? I do not mean the use of traditional fillers. Thank you!

Magnesium and zinc are important for bones and I would also make sure you have a good amount of protein and collagen in your diet. Bone broth or collagen powder are good. Other than that, weight bearing exercise stimulates bone production.

I've never been on your channel it's just popped up. so I think you should start out with introducing yourself. Some people are more inclined to listen to you if you are a doctor, which your title has doctor in it. Just a hint just the tip.😊
