How To lace a wheel 36 Hole (3 Cross) BMX

Ойын-сауық

I recently purchased a new hub rim and spoke set to build a wheel and figured it would be the perfect time to make a how to vide. So in this video I'm going to show you the proper way to lace any 36 hole wheel using the most popular 3 cross pattern. I will be lacing a vocal hitchhiker hub to a alienation felon tics 20" rim using titanium American made spokes and brass nipples.
I hope you enjoyed this video!

Great explanation, thank you! There's just one thing I always struggle with, which is when you start lacing the second side, the hole "on the right" to it, is not one hole over but it's the same hole on the other side, but it's just a little offset to the right. I don't know if that makes sense to anyone else but me, probably not. Sorry, don't know how to explain it any better.

Ti is much stronger than steel for any situation where flex can occur. Spokes being one of those. Any breakage or nipples coming loose is likely an error in wheel building or possibly cheaply made spokes.
