How To Know When You Have Found The Right Niche... 3 Real World Niche Marketing Examples. If you haven't found the right niche yet, use the 5-minute niche finder method, here: www.milesbeckler.com/find-you...
If you are struggling to choose the right niche, be sure to go through my free how to choose a lucrative niche training course here: • How To Find Your Niche... Whether you seek to build a niche affiliate marketing business, an information product business or even a physical product business... Choosing the right niche is key to your long-term success.
Still not sure what niche is best for you? Feel 'stuck' on the choose your niche step and can't quite get going? I get it and made this video to help you get going: • Niche Selection & The ...
In some respects, I've covered the 'how to choose your niche' concept in detail in these videos:
Choose your niche part 1 - • Choosing Your Niche Fo...
Choose your niche part 2 - • Choosing Your Niche Fo...
And in this blog post: www.milesbeckler.com/niche-web...
But I haven't given that many great niche examples yet... So I figured that it was time to help you understand exactly what it means to find the right niche
This video looks at the niche examples and the creators of the products/content in those niches to help you understand what it looks like when you have chosen the right niche.
If you have been going down the wrong path or are in the wrong niche... That is ok!
I worked my ass off in the wrong niches for years! And... Everything I learned along the way helped me tremendously when I did find the right niche for me.
...So don't worry about it too much.
But really, it is all about that old adage... "If you do what you love, you'll never work a day in your life"
That is exactly what you will see repeated here in this video when you look at my niche, and the successful niches of a few friends of mine.
If you like this video, you may want to check out the rest of my Customer Avatar and Choosing Your Niche playlist here:
• How To Choose Your Nic...
Because once you choose your niche, understanding your customer avatar is the most important step in growing your online business through internet marketing.
The real work in marketing is in the market research, which includes your niche, your customer avatar and the demographic information about your best customers.
This market research pays off dividends when you are building out your marketing funnel and when you get to facebook advertising, because you not only know 'who' you are speaking to (your customer avatar) but you understand what motivates them...
When you love the same things they love, you understand them at a deeper level and it truly makes building a business online that much easier.

    I came to the same conclusion. After months of watching folks tout "sell anything if the numbers work", I knew this wouldn't be for me. I wouldn't care enough about the products to become a specialist or authority and this would hurt my longterm success and more importantly would not be fulfulling on a personal level. I believe it was wisdom that comes with age and life experience that lead me to this. Some of the youthful FBA teachers simply haven't enough life experience to know the importance of passion in their endeavors. Without it, you simply can't be satisfied. Life is short, make a way to do what interests you. My hair is grey, I won't be selling popsicle stick lamps. Thanks for another great video Miles!

    Miles, thank you so much for this video and all the other cracking ones on your channel. Your free content is ridiculously good and I've learnt more from watching your vids than from most paid 'trainings'. Fantastic value and really appreciated. It sounds like you have been on your own personal development style journey over the years and it resonates. It's good to know that continually plugging away, adding value and getting up after failures can lead to great things...even if it takes awhile! As someone who is in the process of trying to carve out my own niche in fitness (you are right btw it is super saturated!) it was really interesting to reflect on my niche following your comments in this vid. Thanks again and best of luck to you! Andy

    That is awesome! I have friends who run a professional podcast production company and when they take on a new high-end client, they forced the client to do a large batch of podcasts before even launching… I believe it was something to the tune of 20 podcasts released in the first month! So in this sense you're going to be outpacing what the pros do… Which is a big-time way to get noticed in your niche! I know that we want to see feedback and we want that external validation for we are doing... That is human nature. Podcasting actually makes it the least likely to receive that kind of feedback as most users are on iTunes, when they subscribed it hits their phone directly, and they actually don't need to go to you (where there's a comment button) to get the content. Consider uploading those podcasts to KZread also with a single image as the "video" and putting out to the world in that format, you will probably get more consistent feedback on KZread that are podcasting. And if you have not heard of Trint.com it is a nifty service I've been using to transcribe my videos in order to make them into text posts for my WordPress site… So you can turn them into written content also. With that said podcasting is still incredibly valuable and be sure to follow through!

    Hello again Miles, still going through your content trying to get my head around everything. I have a question related to selecting a niche. I did gymnastics for around 18 years of my life before moving into circus and working for Cirque Du Soleil for 7 years. Acrobatics and using my body to learn new skills within different disciplines is my definitely my passion. If I could train/learn new skills all day I would. I'm trying to figure out how that can translate to an audience or how that can be of service to a specific audience. I know about how to stay healthy and fit and how to prepare the body for almost anything that involves physical activity but I'm not sure who to go after to help, with this knowledge I have

    Super inspiring, man. I have a lot of passions - cooking, record collecting, personal development (certified coach from 10 yrs back), my pets, been meditating twice a day for over a month myself. :) Been so into teaching 'how to make money' so that I can make money, and now I'm tired. I want to take the stuff I've packaged up and sold, and actually USE it for a subject that excites ME. I know I could go into a sub-niche of marketing, like social media or branding or personal development for entrepreneurs, but my question always comes back to if I even WANT a list of people in that niche? I think I'd rather talk to people who are more into stuff that nourishes their soul and makes them excited. Struggling a bit on what to land on, but I know I'll get there. Your vids are helping a lot. Thanks for all you're doing. N

    Really zeroed in on things for me Miles - thank you. Can't tell you how valuable this was for me. Fan for life here. By the way - next time you get to New Zealand head up north to Ahipara, 90 Mile Beach to be exact. My dad was among the first community of surfers up there. As a kid, I remember the local surfies would call my dad to ask him "what's the surf like today" because we could see the beach from our back porch. Very precious. A bunch of us loved to take his great big Malibu boards into the surf. But to carry two of them ourselves, we'd have to form a single line behind each other, lower ourselves to lift the boards under each arm, then march off. Great fun.

    Miles Beckler thank you so much for replying! Yeah I heard you talk about that friend in one of your vids... Funny because my fiance is currently building a business in the fitness /horse rider niche and I've considered jumping in with her but I'm just not so sure I can work on something I don't know loads about that I cant relate to. I'm so huge on wellbeing and spirituality along side strength training/muscle building for skinny guys and simple dieting but I have a huge mental block that the marketplace is too crowded and that everything has already been done so ill be trying to climb an impossible mountain... It sounds so negative I know which isn't productive at all! Any thoughts? Thanks so much in advance ✌️

    take some time to do some random ass KZread searching... Try to get your brain out of that little limiting box you got yourself stuck in. Search for things like fitness for mural painters... Or fitness for graffiti artists... But make sure that second thing is something you have a little bit of an interest in. If your friend is interested in horses that doesn't mean anything for you. It needs to be your interest so your excitement can flow through. Fitness for Internet marketers, fitness for comedians, fitness for nurses, the goal here is to get your ego mind to quiet down so you can hear your intuition so sometimes you confuse the hell out of your ego mind so those little intuitive quiet voices can pop up

    Is classic books to general? If so, what about classic novels with female authors? I just published Wuthering Heights with the addition of 19 beautiful illustrations on Amazon. And I am planning on publishing many more illustrated classics to go with it. I plan on publishing a huge collection of them. I’m also starting affiliate marketing and so I thought having a website in this niche would also be helpful with the sales of my books. What do you think, though? Is it not niche enough?

    Hey Miles, This is good stuff. I am in a fix where I do marketing for many different niches. I have got up to 300 customer leads for a client in less than 2 days. However, I am having a hard time getting new clients. I think it is because as you said, it's just for the money. Don't get me wrong, I do like marketing a lot but I would like to niche down. Do you have a video case study or testimonial from the client you got 300+ leads for? That kind of story sells! Then it is about teaching people to help and the ones that like your teaching, see the testimonial and want you to do it for you will raise their hands and ask for help.

    Miles, great stuff and lots of straight to the point valuable information! I just started in this business concept 2 weeks ago and I'm trying to soak up as much as I can. Do you have any advice for me as a beginner and also do you offer coaching/mentorship?

  • @MilesB

    @MilesB

    7 жыл бұрын

    I don't actually offer any coaching or mentorship… Aside from continuing to publish videos. As a beginner it is important to remember that there is money everywhere and you don't need to go seek out the money… Document what you love and what you're passionate about and become an authority in that space and the money will find you! The best side effect of this is that you get to live a life you love doing things you love every day… There is nothing better than that! Avoiding the temptation of chasing make money schemes is difficult, but for me the trick was to get a full-time job that supported me while I build my business on the side so I didn't have to force it from the start

    Hi Miles Thanks so much for all your videos. I’m already working on putting out 3 posts a week at least (got 2 kids and a p/t job too) Please can you put up a few vids on the actual *monetisation* stage of a website? Perhaps for affiliate marketing or selling your own craft products/patterns. I’m confused about the beginning of it, getting leads, also how to do it without turning your website into a hodgepodge of popup ads 😕 looks very unsightly. (I know my product is desirable because when i made it and shared images on FB, i received literally *hundreds* of replies from people asking me to make it for them or teaching them the specifics). Thank you. Love from UK

    Thanks for another great video - I've developed, written and built the membership site for a course that I'm passionate about - "Live-In Flip" is the concept - how to buy, remodel, and sell a home while you live in it. Upgrading each time to eventually own your dream home. The problem is if I go by the methods you've show in the last couple of niche videos - there is absolutely no one advertising in any 'flipping, remodeling, or house selling' keywords. Even though there are several popular TV shows about the 'flipping' topic. Don't know if I should try and build out a KZread channel on the topic or move on to something else? I know you can't answer that question for me. But it might explain why the little FB advertising I've tried isn't getting any traction.

    +David Frank there are definitely some big players in real estate promoting on FB! I've always called this the "slow flip" method... Owner occupied for 2 years and on to the next! KZread is great, a blog is great, Podcasting works, social media works too... I think there is a huge market here... Find what content would be fun and easy to create and do that

We tried to do a JV with a personal trainer here around horses (our niche) and fitness, and I suspect part of why it wasn't really popular is that our trainer hasn't really connected with the horse part. So I didn't hear back but I wanted to update since am doing a run of comments… When you're searching through the quick pink marketplace looking at the gravity scores an important metric to look at. The gravity is a number that represents how many different affiliates are making money with that offer. If you see a gravity of zero that means zero affiliates are making money with that offer. If you see a gravity of 50 that means 50 different affiliates are each making money with that offer… Therefore there is a higher likelihood of you being able to make money with that offer. A higher gravity generally means it converts better, but not always. For me it's more about finding initially are passionate about and excited about and ready to create content in, for years to come… Yes we want to show that there is money in the niche but ultimately you need to love the niche seal be willing to put in the long hours the long nights burning the midnight oil for years to come, because that's what it takes

    Super cool! The number one thing I recommend people do when it comes to a niche is to find what they love to do first. If you want to build a multiple six-figure year affiliate marketing business it's going to take an incredible amount of time and effort. If you don't love the niche you're working within spending all of those hours and weeks and months and years publishing content and running tests I niche you don't care about is going to feel a lot like "work". If you're in a niche that you love writing about things that you love, researching topics you care about, helping other people similar to you who love something similar to what you love… All of that "work" gets easier. Once you find the niche you want to be and then go look for the vendors

    Really been enjoying your channel.....one thing I'm a bit unsure of with internet marketing is how much of a product you need to create and/or content you need to have on a site before you try to sell something. The part about making a funnel makes sense, but to do a funnel correctly, you need something to sell or give customers, right? I understand that sometimes you wait till the market validates your idea before you create a full information product, but you at least need something free to give them and then maybe something small to purchase, right? If you've made a video about this, feel free to point me toward that too.

    Thanks Miles. I watched the video you linked. So, I just wanted to clarify what I was thinking before I watch the whole DIY playlist so I can make sure that's what I need to watch. I have two different ideas I'm interested in creating a minimum viable funnel for. However, I don't want to create an initial product to sell or a bunch of follow-up emails until I know some people are interested in the niche I'm pushing (I have a full-time job so trying to be as efficient as possible with my time). But, in the minimum viable funnel approach, have you already created at least a few follow-up emails for your initial email sequence and an initial product for them to purchase to convert them to customers? Like, for the pictures you drew on the whiteboard in the video you linked, how much of that did you already have when you took the site/funnel live? I've noticed I sometimes get bogged down and want to be more action-oriented, so I want to just get something created and out there to the world, but I also want to make sure I have the minimum products created so that I can accurately judge whether what I'm selling is useful or not. Will you DIY videos help with that problem/question? I'd love to hear your advice either through those videos or via these comments

    Here is a real world example.... When my wife and I sold our membership program we had zero items to deliver. We wrote a sales letter which was a promise and we sent it out to our list. When people purchased we immediately began making the products and have been running that membership program successfully for many years now. You can write the sales letter for a product that is not created and you can sell that product that doesn't exist... You want to see if people actually buy. Then you have two choices... Refund them and say "I'm sorry were backordered." or something like that. Or create and deliver module one that day that you get your first sales and deliver it to your users. Another option is to focus on building your list and marketing affiliate offers on the backend to see if you can successfully promote an affiliate product to your audience. Then you can always create your own product to sell instead of referring people to the affiliate product. Many ways to successfully approach the minimum viable idea... It's all about taking action and adapting and adjusting as you go!

    Mark, selling services to small businesses and local businesses is an absolutely fantastic way to start building income outside of a 9-to-5 job. You only need to know a little bit more than they do in order to truly be helpful… I did this through building WordPress websites marketing funnel's email as building systems for small businesses for years while I was growing my information product business. (I had only built 2 websites when I did my first 'client' sites for SUPER CHEAP to get more experience). It's easier to be a big fish in a small pond, like building sites and campaigns for your local neighborhood, then it is on KZread globally. With that said to find your true ultimate niche, ask yourself this question… If I had $4 million in the bank generating $100,000 per year income what would I do with my free time… There in lies your answer to what your best personal niche is.

    I would highly recommend becoming at least competent with WordPress and creating funnels because that is the other side of the coin from social media management and Facebook pay per click ads. Social media management is an absolutely fantastic business model in this day and age as is paid social media marketing… But these business owners will want to see ROI. The fastest and best way I know how to generate ROI for a business through social media is to turn social users into visitors, visitors into leads, leads into customers and the fastest and easiest way to do that is with an efficient wordpress funnel and kick-ass content. Take a look at this 4 part training if you haven't already that shows you how easy it is to build a funnel in WordPress milesbeckler.com/wordpress-funnel You wouldn't be filled building every funnel for every client in the long term… You can hire someone in the Philippines to handle that side of the business for you. You just need to know enough and do it enough yourself to be able to have a couple of wins under your belt and to show that you have what it takes to be an all-around marketing samurai.

  • @MilesB

    Hey Sean thanks for your comment… You've definitely reached a challenging point and there are couple of different ideas worth considering, but let me first offer you a grain of salt and remind you that my opinions are based on my experiences and beliefs and not necessarily "truths" Also, I hope this doesn't come off as me "kicking your puppy" but I do have a very clear opinion here. The "gold rush" of buying cheap products from China and reselling them in the US is rarely a heartfelt business and is usually an attempt at an arbitrage model. To go a little deeper, it is often plastic products made from precious natural resources that end up in a landfill or in the oceans. With that said some products can indeed solve real-world problems for people and I do know some people who absolutely love this business model and are wildly successful with it. Another thing to consider is the concept of "3 feet from gold" by Napoleon Hill from his book "Think and Grow Rich"... This video explains it kzread.info/dash/bejne/aqCjua6Ddcqzlag.html the flipside to that idea is knowing when to cut your losses and walk away… It pains me to hear about the number of people commenting on my videos who have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars on "high ticket" courses that have simply not gotten them results. One of my previous business models was real estate investing… This is when I was in college and I was racking up debt at an incredible rate thinking that my real estate business would be my "ticket to success" I parlayed several deals into one final deal that we closed just months before the global financial crisis and the meltdown of the real estate market in the USA. I was all in, I laid it all out on the line… Had $50,000 in debt from student loans and we ended up losing something around $60,000 on our final deal. It was crushing.… Honestly I need to make a video about this! An investor lady I knew who was in her 80s gave me a pep talk and said "honey, all that happened here was that you just had an expensive seminar." She then told me stories of deals were she lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in instilled confidence in me that she was always able to bounce back and I would definitely bounce back. Plus, in the process I learned lessons that would serve me for the rest of my life… (Like you always get every detail in a real estate transaction written out… No handshake deals) Somehow her reframing of this huge problem to an "expensive seminar" has served me greatly. Know that I also have bought courses for hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars that have led me astray, left me feeling like I had been taking advantage of, but… None of them ever suppressed my resolve to figure out the game of Internet marketing and to create a lifestyle business that would allow me the freedom I deserve. In many ways this channel is my way of raising a middle finger to those fake gurus selling overpriced crap in the form of high ticket info products… What you do from here is a very personal decision and a big trick is to say optimistic. I was looking at your KZread channel and can't help but wonder "why did Sean stop making those fun and goofy videos he started back in the day" The best advice I feel like I can give you is to look deep within your heart and listen for that little voice inside of you that is encouraging you to do something special… You have something unique and special inside of you that the world needs. Watch this quick video when you have a chance: kzread.info/dash/bejne/gniLqsFvepeaiNI.html Sorry for the long and drawn out comment... Hope this helps in some way. -Miles

Niche: Digital Trading Card Game Tactics: Talking Strategy, reviewing best cards, top 10 cards/decks each week, review/stream the tournaments, etc. Seems legit. Hey Thanks for this very very much. I am in a Niche that to do with pets. I got in this niche (sighs) to make money from drop-shipping. But what I enjoy about this niche is the research I do and find things no can find and then test test test. I also enjoy helping people solve problems so my customer service is great (happy customers is my passion). I got tons of emails (well not tons but a few) where people thanked me and told me to put them on my email list (which I don't have yet) and went and bought stuff for their friends because I gave them awesome (professional and smart) customer service. Now my question is, is this enough or should I look more into a niche. For example I enjoy Law Of Attraction stuff but can't find anything to sell on this. I also like brain enhancing type stuff. So what do I do?

  • @MilesB

    @MilesB

    7 жыл бұрын

    Great question… I have a question for you: do you have any pets? Sometimes we get so far down a path that we realize this path is not for us but we are learning very important things about ourselves and about the world that we truly want to share from going down this path… Just like your love of customer support (I ran a customer support department for a few years while in college and I believe great customer support is the lifeline of a long-term successful business) that has appeared from your drop shipping business. As you continue to refine your business, grow in email list, and continue to use the law of attraction to attract great customers vendors products to you… You're building your personal case study that can become the platform from which you teach what you're truly passionate about in the future. Ever heard of James Wedmore? I believe he started out selling an e-book on bartending and now teaches people how to grow successful businesses through KZread… How about Gary Vaynerchuk? He went from growing a liquor store online through videos about wine to becoming one of the foremost thought leaders on social media marketing and new school business growth online… Sometimes we need to put our time in the trenches in order to truly learn and refine our messaging. Pet niche can be an absolutely fantastic niche… People love their pets, spend money on their pets, always want to give a better life to their pets… I wouldn't give up on this, but I would consider starting a side blog or starting to publish content on your true passions while you continue to grow this business.

    No pets anymore, had a dog and cats the pain was too much for me when they died so I haven't had any pets since 2014. When you said building my case study, I am learning a lot. I have taken courses by Shopify, 100k, Pixel Mastery, Life Mastery etc etc (the list goes on, at least 16 courses since early last year). And I follow their directions precisely so that I can achieve some results but usually don't at the level they have showed. So my question is, do I also try my own way in where my imagination takes me and is this what you mean by "my case study" and is another word for case study is "Business Model:? Read both of Gary Vee's books. Totally know and follow him. Thank you for that! I will do exactly that, keep running the Pet store, FB page (5000 likes so far) and use this as the platform to test and learn while I learn and grow into other things like FB ads, and amongst other social things/models.

    Hey Miles, Really dug this. I'm really passionate about surfing as well! I want to build a list around this, but I can't work out if I should be focusing on one core offer (i.e a surf fitness program) or just building a list around the general topic and then promoting tangentially related products/offers for affiliate commission (i.e bodysurfing flippers on surfstich.com.au, relevant books on Amazon.com or general fitness programs on Clickbank) . Do you have any advice on this? Thanks :)

  • @MilesB

    @MilesB

    Information-based products are always going to give you a much better margin than physical products. Seems like you know about the fitness for surfing offer available for you to promote on Clickbank and I would definitely test that offer! I would also look for other information-based products that would work around surfing, too. With a few information products that other people create on the backend, you could create a list around surfing or a subsegment of surfing, like surf fitness, then promote these other products. Once you prove that this model works, by driving sales to someone else's products as an affiliate, you could always then create your own product to sell and effectively increase your margins further. When promoting physical products as an affiliate you might earn 4 to 10% but promoting digital products you can earn 50% plus and this difference in margin is huge for you getting started.

  • @alexrahr

    @alexrahr

    Cool thanks Miles - I'll definitely stick to information-based products for now! There actually isn't a specific "fitness for surfing" offer available on Clickbank, but I'm thinking that I could promote a general fitness information product to surfers (as well other types of information products like you suggest). So then my next question is about lead magnets. If I'm planning to promote multiple different types of information products to a list that is about surfing in general.... Should my lead magnet relate directly to one of those information products... Or should it just be on what I think would most likely to get an email address... (then I move into promoting the information products in later emails)?

    Clickbank products: www.surftrainingsuccess.com/ and www.easysurfingfitness.com/what-every-surfer-should-know/ Not the best sales pages ever, not sure how they convert, but they are on CB and worthy of analyzing at a minimum. The more relevant to the product that your lead magnet is, the better... but it could be "10 stretches you must do before surfing" and then lead into fitness stuff from there Testing is going to show you what will work best... But once they are on the list, you can (through stories) talk about all kinds of things... Yoga, nutrition, balance, board shapes, etc... And each of those topics could have a relevant product if you want.

    Yeah I did see those - but they look a bit too retro compared to what I think todays market would accept (although I could be wrong so will test). Ok - time to take action! Really appreciate it Miles :)

    Miles, great videos! I have an idea for a new business of providing marketing strategies to one of my favorite niches, investors. Investing is a passion of mine (as is meditation, LOA). My focus is to two-fold. To provide copywriting and online marketing services and to interview them to explore what makes their companies unique. My research is inconclusive with how profitable it will be. What are your thoughts? Thanks in advance.

    Hey Miles, I sell personalised wine glasses and funny cards. I am struggling to think of a blog that would attract my target market as it feels so broad. Do you or any of your followers have any ideas? I was thinking party planning, cocktail making (did try this but very time consuming), wedding stuff etc but not sure if this is cohesive and streamlined enough and wonder if it even pertains to my target audience. Would love your input. :)

    Hey Miles, I've been listening to your videos for about a month now and I really appreciate your belief in service to others. There's a wonderful book that changed my life 25 years ago called Do What You Love and the Money Will Follow by M. Sinetar. I've been doing that ever since. Now I am reinventing myself at 54 and excited to do it. I'm launching a brand for Curvy women aimed at the over 40 crowd tailored to our body shape changing. I'm also decided thanks to you, that I'm going to record my journey and encourage other women to be genuine to living their fullest life regardless of their age. Thanks for your inspiration! I've been wanting to say hello.

    That is awesome to hear! documenting the process will help your brand grow and you grow in so many ways… Every thing I do now with the knowing that I'm putting out my ideas forever gets me to really analyze my ideas from a different level than before I was putting out content documenting my processes. It's been extremely valuable to me and I feel like you'll find value in it too! This is how you create a movement which is way bigger than a brand!

    Thanks Miles! I am replying from one of my other KZread channels, this one is quite successful. I have four other websites that make money, but they cannot be scaled much more than they are already. My most successful one took care of my families needs for 7 years, but eventually the "second great depression" took its toll. I still have the website but the eCommerce side of it is gone. I could revive it if I had the capital, but the return on investment and time make it not that worthwhile. It is an authority site that became number one during its time in my niche, and still ranks #1 in many keywords. That interview with Mark Webster was great by the way. Really learning a lot from your videos. I also have a site with free content with a companion subscription site.

    When Miles talked about what you are passionate about and following with that- I just sat and thought honestly about how I don't really want a 'job/career' at this point in my life. The thing I really LOVE to do - wait for it---- is have a Good Time! So I thought- why don't I just go out and do that, but share it with other people? Shoot videos of me having a Good Time in my geographic area, Philadelphia PA and outlying areas (New Hope, Brandywine Valley, Media PA, Bucks County, Wilmington, DE, etc.etc.). Then the question is: "How can I do this and make $$?" Maybe making videos and targeting Visitor Bureaus, the businesses themselves that I am visiting that day. This is where the work comes in- that and finding people to help me on the technical side of making the videos. But -I've had my 'lightbulb moment".

    Building a brand that positions you as a local guide to the "Best ______" in a city/area can be extremely lucrative. Businesses will jump on the opportunity to work with an influencer who has a large audience of people looking for where to go in their area. Your job is to build the audience and content is how you do that! Check out this website: www.anguilla-beaches.com/ this girl started her website at the age of 14 to share the island she grew up on and now she is not only a local celebrity who gets inside access to all kinds of cool stuff… But she gets to help the local businesses at the same time. She created a discount card and gets businesses on board to offer discounts to her customers. Priced at $49 each, they can easily save more than the cost of the card and the businesses get more traffic than they would have if they didn't partner with her. At first, it is a bit of a chicken and the egg situation… Businesses want to see lots of customers, customers want to see lots of businesses giving discounts... But now she has a waiting list of businesses ready to pay in to be featured on her card, and she makes money selling the card to tourists! It can be a very fun and lucrative business that helps both business owners and visitors! because what visitor doesn't want to get the locals experience, and how else would they know where the best Philly Cheese steak is without your due diligence ;)

    The problem I have is I am management and Engineering. My niche's are complicated most don't care about math or products that I would offer. I am sure there is an audience, not looking to make millions. I am looking to sell anything to see how the sale funnel works. Possible learning by selling other people products building up their business. then at some point branch out. Its very costly to run ads and not get traffic and conversions. I don't want to take on my niches that don't work or the audience is next to nothing. I really don't know. I would like to set up at least 10 sales funnels feed traffic from either facebook or other sources into this. Not sure how to build an email list that I could support. Very time consuming to email everyone 5 or 10 give letters then hit them with an offer. What is inside an email letter that would make then buy? A video? content? Big Goal is to help other business's boom if I can through this kind of marketing. More value then my personnel niches. So Facebook ads and how to pay and set up ( is something I will have to learn ) and video recording my self for the internet. Some fear involved with this special if its not done right. I am sure confident comes with time. You have indeed master video. very nice.

    If I can offer one little piece of advice that is to simplify the idea and focus on making one solid funnel! My wife and I have built a very successful and profitable business off of one funnel! Sounds like you have a big goal to help other businesses boom! That's awesome, figure out how you can best serve them… What you know that will help them grow their business most effectively and begin teaching your best stuff for free! Just like I've done here, not hiding my best information behind a $97 product and simply giving it away now I'm growing a list and growing audience at built authority with this audience and when the time comes for me to offer a product offer an affiliate product or recommend products, the cash flow can appear. It's a long-term game and the more you're willing to delay gratification the better off you'll be

    Hi Miles! I love your videos! I'm running motorcycle company with my dad, we have motorcycle multi-salon in Szczecin, Poland. I'm responsible for media, facebook-"grupa moto46" and our page www.moto46.pl. I'm planning to run youtube channel with reviews of motorcycles, vlog, tutorials etc because I have access to many motorcycles. My question is- if my dream is to shot cool cars reviews do need to prepare my future youtube moto channel for this cooperation, or I have to run another channel for cars . I think that facebook of moto46 will never have cars on it, because it is motorcycle company.. But maybe youtube channel will work?

  • @MilesB

    @MilesB

    All you need to do right now is to start! if you know that you want to do car videos in the future, be sure to do video work now and get comfortable shooting videos, managing lighting and audio for videos, editing videos, and making great videos with the subject matter you have available today. Consider it all practice for what happens in the future and ignore "how" that future plan will fit in with what you're doing now... That thought is slowing you down from getting started! It will sort itself out, I guarantee it! And whether it's a new channel, same channel... It doesn't matter if it's your passion your follow-through and crush it! You need to build the skills around becoming a video marketer as fast as you possibly can, so make as many videos with what you have available, right now! Can you do one video per day for 100 days? Summer is coming up!!!! Perfect time for motorcycle videos :D
