I cannot express enough how grateful I am for your appreciation and patronage of this channel, my training style, and my kennel. Always remember, it’s a great day for a puppy-sized adventure!
This is such an important lesson to learn. My husband is a retired Police Dog Handler and he always says, “flat handlers produce flat dogs.”
Teach that boy to be a boy! His dog will thank you Stonnie.
When the kids and dogs are having fun, you know you did something right 👍
Stonnie I love how you multi tasked this video. Content education and entertainment for us, fun for the dogs, teaching kids and getting them involved. SO much takeaway from this one. Great stuff. Id give this two thumbs up if it was possible.
Cute kid, especially when you embarrass him. 😂 Another great training video, Uncle Stonnie❣️
When you have happy dogs and happy grand children " LIFE IS BUT A DREAM "
Thanks to you l taught my chihuahua how to swim short distances to shore. Tonight she was rolling in something at the park, rolled into a duck pond covered with lily pads, and swam back to shore and jumped up the bank. Thanks for not making me go into the duck pond after her! She was very happy to take a bath when we got home! 🤣🤣🤣
The world needs more uncle stonnie’s .
Someone call that brown Lab an Uber. He faked that recall 100%. Love the fact that you are bringing along the younger trainers so you can earn that master trainer chair.
What an invaluable life lesson for this lovely young man! Teaching him to be brave, assertive, and thoughtful ❤
Stonnie, watching you with those kids and dogs puts such a huge smile on my face. Thanks for the great videos!

Training kids now too I love it! Good job Sky.
A plethora of life lessons in this video, excellent. Good talk, coach.

I wish I was a kid again. At 69 I'm a long way from it. But my almost 2 y/o yellow lab gives me a taste of it everyday when I take him for long walks on the golf course. It's a good hike as he has geese to chase and sometimes a German Shepard comes along with us. The Shepard belongs to one of the maintenance crew. They have fun running and swimming in the lake on the course. So it gives me good exercise but I sure wish I had the legs and feet of these young kids. Ha.

Wow what a awesome father I bet you are! If I ever have kids I want to be like you! Awesome to see how you care and take the time to explain simple things that are so important for life.

Uncle Stonnie's great school of life!
I LOVE that you are teaching your nephew and neice or daughter not sure the girls relation, how to train and interact with the dogs. It's always a joy to see younger people being entertained by something that is growth worthy vs what some other kids get into .
Great interaction with dogs more people need to watch and listen
“Down in the jaw” love it! That’s what my grandpa referred to as slack jaw!
Hey Stonnie. I really enjoy watching your videos and trying your training methods. I watched this video while eating breakfast and my dog, a Lab / Akita mix 9 months old, was watching you instead of begging for food !!! Thanks for all the ideas for keeping my high energy dog active and interested in life. I like black Labs too!
What an amazing video...Teaching and Practicing Fundamental Basics! So clever So well presented.👍💯👏...Thank You Stonnie...a Jedi course for the kid!
Such great teaching for both kiddo and dogs. Great for parenting too.
Great job guys!
You slay me ! I love watching these videos and frankly, as well trained/behaved as my lab is, I still learn from you and work your input into our everyday. Thanks !

🙂 another great video with good basic dog knowledge, just love it
Hello everyone, I am very happy to have discovered this channel! The videos are so interesting and educational for me. I have had Galgos from animal welfare for years and some are traumatized and all have a strong hunting instinct. The videos help me to develop a new view of my dogs and to take new paths in training. I am impressed by the knowledge about the breed characteristics and the consideration of these characteristics during training. THANK YOU for this great channel

Watching your videos out here in California and they definitely help! I’m still on the struggle bus with our beautiful Shepnee puppy named Koda but we are trying. Thanks for all the information.
Another great video. Definitely need to try the downhill recall.
Loved the recall using hills, brilliant. Thank you.

Great adventure! Thanks for reminding me to be enthusiastic with my pups. Can’t wait for the fall to take them down to our woods. The “dog flies “ haha are to bad now (I know what you’re thinking) but we stay in the pastures and ponds now. Anyway, thanks!
Very nice, stonnie

What whistles do you recommend? I have a GSP - very high energy and I need something when he is getting too far from me. Thank you - Your videos are extremely helpful!!
I love the concept and it works. But, the most difficult thing is getting my dog’s attention when there’s new dogs around in the transit from a populated area to the adventure area
Can you do a video about the dog whistles. I haven't really seen anyone trein with one. Trying the figure out the purpose of the two whistles.
Do you have a mentorship program?
I would love to see Sky and Henry in 6 months time and see how they are doing a year later
❤
Great advice. My problem is with the owner most the time
I LOVE THE IDEA THAT THE DOGS COME RUNNING WITH THEM BUT I WALK WITH A WALKER WHAT DO I DO TO GET THE DOGS TO RECALL
Work experience with stonnie, the kid will remember this. Ps, I've got 3 kids I wish you could teach to have more energy and motivation stonnie
What happens if my dog runs away when first time off leash? She’s great on leash, and knows sit, stay, lay down and paw a great with other dogs

Not ready to be off leash yet. Stop the rehearsals of what you don't want - use a long line so you can step on it if you have to. Hide and seek where the dog has to find you - something really tasty when they do - liverwurst, cheese, something higher level than what he's usually fed. Coming to you is the best!!! Suzanne Clothier's automatic check in helps too. Acknowledging every check in without you asking is the you = awesome game too. Like Stonnie says, you have to be more interesting than the environment. Sell it! Hope that helps.
how do you keep your dogs from fighting in such a large pack?

Picking up a huge branch could also scare the dog if it's never seen that before. You don't have to become an eye poke hazard running around either..

If your dog is scared of a stick, regardless of size, you should expose them more. In terms of poking your dog’s eye out, don’t be retarded when handling a stick. Pretty simple. Kudos to Stonnie.
