Nice video brother just what I was looking for ,, I didn’t know how to install those enclosures under the panel , I was doing some of those today but the panel were already screwed down and I had to pull the screws back out to put the enclosures , now I know they go first ! 🤝

Building with NARF Yes Sir, is my first time dealing with this kind of roof so definitely this will help , we are half way on the building but like I say roof is already there I just have to pull screws out , put taki tape between the sheet , install enclosures ,, it’s kinda hard because you can only lift it so much but I’m getting it done 💪🏼

Nice video! No greese caulk over top of the butyl tape in your roof laps ? I've always had to do that on dams and humps too. But, I also build these buildings in a land of snow and ice.

Bugle tape.thats a new one lol.installing the mastic correctly is probably most important thing on the eave.when they check it,if there metal probe goes in at all pretty much instant fail

With all the extras (banding, bag and sag, vapor barrier, and inside sheeting) what are you getting per square foot to install the building?

You don’t do modulation on the MBCI panel @ the lap or high eave ? Just curious because I was a steel building erector over forty years and I still get involved on big jobs as needed. Be safe

Yes, but the company that supplies these refer to them as lifetime fasteners, very similar to a ZAC screw

Out of square is a problem and the problem grows more as the project progresses.

This is definitely a cheaper method for commercial roofing but you get exactly what you pay for. I would never install this roofing on my building
