Is there an easy way of determining the width (measurement) of the slide in part of the box in order to match up the outer slides other than subtracting the width of the two slides for the inner measurement , if this makes any sense ? Loved that you shared this. If I were in Cali I'd run to you to have you build my 4RUNNER Box. Trying to work on mine. Where/how do you attach or anchor the box to the floor of the 4Runner? Do you drill through the bottom and self-tap to the floor? Also, if I want deeper drawers and match the height of the wheel wells It looks like I'd want the box to be 10" high vs 8.5". Do you foresee any problems with that thinking I may run into?

I use this hardware kit bit.ly/31qUcGk to attach the 4runner to the 4runner without having to make any more hole. As for making the drawer box taller, you would need to make it shorter in length from front to back because of the angle the 2nd row seat has, if that makes sense.

I am stuck on my van build. I bought some heavy duty drawer slides just like these for my pull out dining table. I am seeing that on each side there's those two little pieces of metal that are protruding out, seemingly like some sort of intentional blockage for the runner (a place to end?). Is that where I need to end my cut of wood? As of right now, my table sticks out that extra 10 inches, even though we ordered an 850mm drawer slide. We cut our oak to that, 850mm. I hope I've given you enough information. I appreciate your knowledge !!

Can you mount two drawers side-by-side, sharing the same 3/4" center support? I was curious because if the holes are in the same spot for the slides, then you would have a conflict in the sex bolt location. Maybe there isn't any issue with having two drawers side by side.
