Great Scott! And each time,n in your videos, just you refer to this, when you install plugins. So that you avoid to repeat over and over the same things. I did the same creating what I call "FlashTORIALS" (quick mono-argument tutorials, max 2 minutes duration). They made my life easier and the one of the users as well :-) Bravo!

Hello Sir I have a relevant question. To stream from your nvidia card, I learned that you have to activate the nvidia nvenc encoder in the obs studio settings. but the nvidia nvenc does not show up with me. the only encoder that shows up is the obs x264 encoder, is there a way to get the nvidia nvenc plugin to show up?

Hi Scott if an image is in transparent background how can I remove that background image ….please help me with this

#1 Make your image a transparent PNG file. All you do after making it is drag it into the source panel. #2 The second way is to use an image with a bright green background. Then you drag it into sources and right click and select filters. Then you select the chroma key filter and BOOM the green color becomes transparent. This is how it's done.

Scot, I am having problems how to use OBS to livestream with my laptop. Do I need double monitor or single? How do I connect double monitors how how can I livestream with OBS using my laptop. Waiting to hear from you Scott

Hi Mimi, You do not need a double monitor to use OBS Studio. I do have to admit that it does make livestreaming easier. If you're laptop has an HDMI out port all you do is plug a monitor in. It's that easy.

Plugins Still not showing up. Folders are in obs-studio I closed obs 1st. Copied & paste and opened OBS again and still not found. Does it matter which OBS version? Thnks

KZread will allow for streams as long as you want. BUT.... after 12 hours the stream will get split into a single file. In other words if you streamed for 48 hours the end result would be 4 videos on your channel.
