Great video, just wish you show more of the plumbing fitting

Fantastic camera and lighting in such a tight space...I never thought of trimming out the wood with a multi tool to make room for the clip...simple no Brainer but your video helped me to think outside the box. Thank you for the video...you helped me and I appreciate your time.

Wanted to see how you converted from 2 drains to one with disposal.

Do you have a tutorial on the plumbing aspect of converting a two hole sing to a single hole... (plumbing/garbage etc)????

First... nice job on the video. I'm going to be replacing mine today in the same fashion. Why didn't you install the faucet before dropping the sink into place? Seems to me that it would have been easier. Would be nice to see the plumbing that you performed... as mentioned, I'm going from a double to a single bowl with the garbage disposal.

Me too! The only part I wanted visualization of was the new plumbing (the part thats not self explanatory) and it wasn't covered...

Should the sink be flat against the counter? Recently had 1 installed and there is a gap on the front right side of the sink.

Ha! I have never heard that one. I listened to that video after I saw that comment and you’re absolutely right! 😂

My sink I got is double bowl but only has 10 clips. So I know three go on the front and back and then two on the left and right. I don't know how to space the ones on the sides. Do I put one at each corner or do I put them a little further in? Also I would have really liked to see how you put the silicone around the edge of the sink once you had it into the counter. Exactly where you put it and what size bead you put and how you cleaned up what you didn't want on the stainless steel sink and part of the counter. I have 2 sizes of containers of silicone. I'd like to do it as nicely as possible and not wipe too much away so I don't have any leaks. Also you have a great voice for explaining this but there are a lot of times when you're showing something and pointing to it and there are shadows from your hand or it's just dark underneath the sink and it's hard to see what you're doing. My sink came with a lighter shiny looking color of clips and the ones you're using are black which adds to the not being able to see detail in the darkness. And I don't understand what you mean by locking the clips in. Is that supposed to be pushing those little pointed corners into the material under the sink? Or just getting them pushed to make good contact with the material? Like I don't see how you could push those into granite. Maybe next time some shots from the side under the sink like get a view of how far it shows the clip pushed in and exactly what it's pushed into and where it's supposed to stay when you start tightening the screw. This is my first sink install. I've replaced all the stuff under the sink but I haven't put a sink in yet. Karen

If there is no room for the clips, can a sink be installed with Strong as Nails? I know it is not the correct way or the best way, but will it work?

I was hoping to see the switching of the plumbing from 2 drains to 1. Why not cover every step?

Can we get deeper u-channel sink clips for a thicker countertop?

I have thay same issue now, I don't want to remove material since I would need to groove out 4 clips. Did you find a solution?

@@fyescas777 I bought an oscillating cutting tool and got 4" long strip of the below-countertop wood cut out of the way. They just glued too wide of furring strips on - below the countertop wood. My multi tool broke after 20 minutes use but I had enough cut by then to install the sink and got my $ back for the tool. Notching out the underside worked for me but had to use that tool.

Just wipe off with finger onto rag. A little time consuming but will work.
