Did you run your trigger wire(86) to the holley output? Let's say B11 for example.

Hey , great video man. I have a quick question. For the fuel level sender that is in the passenger side connected to the fuel pump assembly. The sender has a black and brown wire and the the car side of the plug it has a yellow and yellow/brown wire. Does the yellow go with black and yellow/brown wire go with brown or vise versa ? Thanks again.

I don’t remember specifically, I might have another video that shows it. I labeled them before I cut them so I wouldn’t forget the order.

Ya I get you , I didn't label them before I cut them I made the mistake so now I'm stuck lol , I can't find a diagram neither on what each wire means for the level sender. I looked through your videos of this pump wiring and I didn't see anything, but I'll look through them again. For the primary pump did you get the signal from the factory pump power wire ? Thanks again man , I appreciate the reply.

@@encryptedquark9677 sorry, I wish I put that in the video now that you mention it so others don’t make that mistake. Worst case scenario it doesn’t work and you switch the wires around. For the primary pump I used the old fuel pump wire to trigger my relay for my fuel pump. for the secondary pump. I have a wire going from my Holley to trigger that separate relay.

It's ok no worries , I looked at some pictures for references and I'm pretty sure yellow goes with black and yellow/brown wire goes with the brown. And ok makes sense I was going to use the same green/purple wire from the existing pump for trigger aswell. Thanks again for your help and great videos 👍

Is it bad to have both fuel pumps working at the same time While the engine is running.

If it’s not under load it can burn them out faster. You only want that second pump when you need it
