Hi there, super informative video. Most helpful video on the topic. One of the biggest JS files that stunts us is the YT player or Embed script. Do you know anyway of getting around that? Most if it seems to be the terms and conditions code.

Amazing video. Probably the most helpful I have found. I still have a problem. The Shopify report shows a speed score for the home page only. The product and collection state "no data available". Do you know why?

Ahh it'll mean your store isn't getting enough traffic yet to pull these stats, but you can test it individually here: developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/

When using defer for scripts, the order matters the most. And sometimes it can also break the website. You should be careful while using "defer".

Hiya - yep, you'll just delete it and click save. But make small changes at a time so you can test to make sure you haven't broken anything :)

There's heaps out there, I don't have 1 specific one in mind, as I tend to optimise my images when I produce them in Photoshop. But whichever one you find the easiest to work with, will be best for you :)

I wouldn't worry too much about getting it to 70 :) anything over 40 is considered good enough to run :)
