Love CRO. Great intro for people who are wanting to get started with optimisation. Big tip; test well researched, worthwhile things. If it doesnt make sense from a UX perspective, or it will take 6 months to test, probably worth trying another idea.

There's not an exact answer to exactly how much is needed, but you want to ensure you have consistent traffic over a period of time. The period of time refers to how much traffic you are getting as well, but A/B testing is something you should consider once you've got all your basics solid.

Awesome video! :-) CRO is also a really good service to offer if you know how to do it properly. Measurable outcomes potentially even allow for performance-based pricing. :-)

We have our own in-house CRO team but it will ultimately depend on where you are along in your journey. Split testing is key, but having significant data becomes more important over time.

It depends on your current level and revenue numbers. Contacting a CRO agency is beneficial when you are doing larger sales targets, otherwise you wouldn't be able to justify the cost of hiring. So would need to know more about your business and requirements.

How are those tests statistically significant? I’ve run A/A tests for months and they never went below 5% on google optimise

Over time, you find less big wins with CRO. We have had 20% wins before as well :) I was clear that these tests are simple and easy to implement for the viewers. I also showed they make us millions, I’d say that’s significant.

A very cost effective landing page optimization tool I've used since it pretty much launched is called Zipify. Really strong solution. Test all of your headlines, LP copy and anything you think that would increase CR in very small budgeted / quick facebook ads using the traffic objective. CRO for me is always about letting the market tell me what they want to hear, versus me thinking what they want to hear. Massive difference, much higher conversion rates.
