Thank you Sir! Very valuable information. But I would like to advise one thing here, the video representation is not quite good. Mainly, you would have shown us in two different directions, 1. Front 2. Side. And Videographer missed the total view angle of the movements while you are instructing Barbell Squats / Front squats / split lunges. If beginners / Intermediate would have followed this, they may miss correct formation while doing these exercises. Kindly, tell your videographers to pay attention about the showing complete view.
