Shilajit is Very Powerful but creates heat in body. Start with Himalaya ashwagandha, Weekly 1 or 2 capsules try చేయండి. U will become Hyperactive. U can easily walk 5km also. But don't take daily, soon it won't work anymore. So weekly 2 or 3. Once u get used to ashwagandha, u can try shilajit also but not both on same day. Because ashwgandha also creates heat in body.
