    @@zzzbbbb278 about 20-60 each drill just depends on what time and your mood and if ur body will drive but make sure you eat really good and get good sleep is the most important but yeah I’d recommend 20-60 for the drill for 2 hours for about maybe 2 months about

    I'm curious as to what the advantage of falling forward is in Drill 5 as opposed to going from a flatfooted athletic position such as a defensive stance

    It's for explosiveness and can also help running form. Really good drill, I've been using it and it's really effective.

    great video -- if a middle school kid is in-season -- how often should they do the workout, with 2 days of strength, 3 practices, fun day and 1 or 2 games per week

    just saw that the 1st step quickness program is out, and can't wait to get on it! but how would you use the program in conjunction with another program, like say, vert shock?

    Thanks Zharif! Both programs have their own schedules to follow! You can definitely sync them up, your daily workouts would just become longer. You can also break up the workouts completing one in the morning, another in the evening, for example

    Coach, how can I fit strength, speed, agility, and explosiveness training into one whole week. I go to school at 8:00 am - 2:55 pm and arrive back home at 3:30+ pm. I want to be a better athlete for Basketball and Volleyball, but overall to. Please reply me some tips or something like that. Besides that thank you for all the effort you put in these videos.     These are all AGILITY drills. None are QUICKNESS drills. Simple verbiage critique, I understand, but it's mislabeled. Quickness is defined in simple terms as agility in response to a stimulus. If there's not an unknown stimulus, it can't be QUICKNESS.
