67 yeard old yoga se chust aur durust hu. Aapki prerana se aur logo ko bhi active kita hu. Bahut bahut dhanyvad sir.

I always say this to everyone that after starting aerobics, i became so confident, not only that but my concentration, ability and willpower also increase to the next level. I performed extremely well in my studies also at the age of 39. Specially in those subjects in which I was not so well in my college. Just purely because of aerobics.
