    Wow I love that you have hidden your incantation in the spine of the book! Very creative and special!! What a great way to really build your meaning and truth of your grimoire from the very start. Cool. ❤

    I loved the thumbnail of this video. I have put words on the interior of the spine of one of my books, I like the idea of it being secret. I love the idea of using old insence boxes as bookmarks. I was on expecting these ideas because you only really hear about using magickal alphabets.

    Thank you! These are just some of the ways to hide secrets, there are a lot more ideas if you're willing to dive into the junk journaling community here on KZread. There are some real geniuses there!

    6:35 My daughter's father deliberately ripped pages out of my old sketchbooks that I did when I was 17! We got together 13 years later, so it had absolutely nothing to do with him because they were portraits of Damon Albarn ( a well known musician) he ripped them out. Some people really don't give a shit about other people's boundaries or privacy! Hope you've put a hex on it! 😂😂 (I don't do magic or anything but it interests me). I haven't journaled since I was 20 when I met my ex husband but always found bf's would take the liberty of reading them so I just don't really journal often. However having coding is a cool idea. Lovely tour of your grimoure book! 💗😊

    I'm sorry to hear you've had people disrespect your boundaries like that! The audacity! I believe everyone deserves a sacred space to explore their inner landscape! I didn't hex the book but I also know its not likely to fall into the wrong hands. If I had that issue I would probably do some password protected digital journaling instead! Or just burn the pages when I'm done writing them! Thank for sharing your story and leaving a comment! I hope you have a form of reflection that works for you these days even if it's not journaling :) ✨️

    If it's any consolation, that sounds like what my book of shadows looks like too! My grimoire is a much more art therapy focused book and I'm just now starting to put my secrets (which are also in my bos) into it. Thank you for your lovely compliments and I hope these ideas help!

    I get a pack of invisible ink pens from Wal-Mart during the back to school sale. They usually have a light on them so you can see what you wrote.

    I’ve never used washi tape! Does it stay sticky even when you move it around (open and close it ) this kind of thing? Does it only do that on certain paper?

  • @ElderberrySprout

    @ElderberrySprout

    Жыл бұрын

    Washi tape is great! It will eventually loose its stick, but I'll be done with this book by then :) and it can be used on any type of paper, but a more raw paper with fibers may stick to the washi as you remove it! I definitely suggest you find a pattern of washi you like and try it for yourself! It has a million applications!
