Who Am I?
Hi, I'm Marina if we've never met. I am a creative, jack of all trades, homesteading in the Inland Northwest. I began practicing magic in middle school, not knowing I was doing so! And through the years I never imagined I would learn as much as I have, so I thought it may be helpful to share what I’ve learned with you magical folks! I also sell Washington made Beeswax Candles and Shadow Work Journals/Grimoires on my website! I hope you stick around to explore, and learn about magic and sustainable living with me!

Thanks! I'm glad you appreciate the pattern repeat potentials! Sometimes, simplicity and a creative idea or two can make some amazing and magical decoration!

Love this stamp with space to put things into the image as you journal! I'm also really impressed that you do most of your carving with Exacto knives creating your own v-cuts rather than using a gouge.

Thanks lulu! I'm happy with how this one turned out :) Hahaha sometimes use the gouges, I just feel like I have more control with the exacto! It's easier to use when working on tiny stamps.

I’ve been making foam stamps. They aren’t as detailed as I want but they work. I love yours.

Foam stamps are great! These are just my rubber stams, I've also made some foam stamps from craft foam, and even some Styrofoam stamps from take out containers! Styrofoam stamps don't last forever but they end up adding a lot of moddled texture! It might be worth experimenting with :)

Congrats on your stamp carving journey! That's so great that you're planning them out. I always do that cause I don't want to end up with stamps I don't use! I'm so glad you're feeling inspired! Stamps have really transformed my journaling practice, so I'm glad I can share the love!

These stamps are all so cute!! I've been wanting to make a banner stamp like yours... I went on a big linocut/stamp carving kick mid-2023 and then haven't done it in a while, but I've been having the itch to do more lately...

I would absolutely love to see your stamp/lino collection! OH my gosh! And it sounds like we got obsessed about the same time 😆 honestly I make a list of the stamps I want to carve, then when I feel the itch, I carve a batch of them! If you want some more inspo for them @correganthecrone just did an amazing hand carved stamp show and tell as well! And her collection is immaculate and expansive!
