1)If you need to cry, is ok to cry. Crying release pressure. 2) Find a person to share your sorrow. The person should not give hateful comments about your ex partner as that will build up the hatred further. 3) Always reflect and recollect that one day you will be parted and separated with all the dear people in your life. Alot of people don't like to think about this when they are in a relationship. However, being aware that we have limited time with our loved one(s) will enable one to give the fullest love and compassion. 4) True love will never break your heart, but attachment will. 5) If you need to heal the wound, you need to reduce touching it. Therefore, reduce the amount of attention you give to past memories. 6) No matter how terrible the situation is, it will change one day. You will be ok one day. 7) Know that this experience will make you stronger.

#3 is so very helpful. I experienced the most absolutely devastating losses of my life 2 years ago. I did treasure them and many many times while laying in peace with them I felt such gratitude for the moment and for them. The loss is unbearable and I don’t know about others but life is of no use or holds zero attraction to me anymore and I just remain in this maya because of others depending on me

@@sich_verstehen yes, but all of our attachments bring us suffering. We fear of losing what or who we cherish, we feel sad and devastated when we actually lose it, we get used to the temporary feeling of happiness, that when it's over it breaks our heart. All of us should learn to let go and understand that all things that appear, sooner or later will disappear. Including the bad things. Hope I could help you❤

I feel sorry for your loss. Try to keep yourself on your daily tasks. Cleaning, going to the grocery store, work. Things like that. If you can't find something to do, then take a walk around the park/maybe even jog. It doesn't have to be fast, just moving is good. Keep yourself busy. It's okay to cry at any given time of your day. So what if people see you! You're human. You are allowed to cry. Anyone can understand what you are going through. The most important thing is to give yourself time to mourn, but also to keep yourself moving. Try some yoga/sports. Trust me, out of anything that can help, movement is it. Your brain will release dopamine and that will make sure your body will be more calmed. The movements will also make you tired, wich in turn makes it easier to fall asleep and the tiredness will make it harder for your mind to wander. The best thing is to push your body as hard as it can go, but it's not ideal to do this every time. Especially if you're a beginner at anything, try to take it one step at a time, and it's okay to take breaks. This won't heal your wound, but it can help be a band aid until it gets better, bit by bit. I hope you can give it a place someday and be happy again all the way! And remember. You are never alone. If you want to talk to someone about it, there might be talking groups you can go to/or a psychologist. Don't be afraid to talk to lots of your friends too! Everything will help to give it a place.

That is what budha has taught in his Dhamma….. he teaches way of life which is useful for each and every individual…. He says ,, don’t expect too much,,, attachment’s brings suffering,, expectations brings suffering, be compassionate, be kind , he says 1) there is suffering 2) there is reason for suffering 3) you need to understand the cause of suffering 4) find out solutions or healing for that suffering bz it’s in your hand to reduce your pain and suffering by kindness and compassion for others…..,, then he shows 8 fold pathways to follow for life then in the prayers itself he says….. 1) be away from lies 2) be away from hurting animals 3)be away from addiction, alcohol 4) make your character stronger 5) don’t do robbery…………, so beautiful BUDDHA had taught us……..2500 yrs ago…….. so simple and so true…………

I enjoyed getting out and walking her for hours on end, even meeting and chatting with other dog walkers. I loved coming home from work and being greeted by my best friend, I just loved her so much. Lucy got cancer and I had to have her put to sleep, to say it has turned my life upside down is an understatement. It has been 5 years and I miss her so much and feel like I don't want to be here anymore without her. I am so broken hearted without my girl. I have lost family and close friends but nothing has been so painful as losing my beautiful Labrador, Lucy. I truly loved Lucy and my HEART is BROKEN

I haven't been able to grieve and heal. My heart is broken in many pieces. I'm always busy trying to help others. I was taught that crying is a sign of weakness. I always had to put everyone else before myself. I need time to myself. I need to be by myself to recharge my mental, emotional and physical being. I need time to myself to be able to grieve and heal. I haven't been able to do this in over 30 years because I had to but myself on the back burner and be a caretaker for everyone else my whole life. Now I have to work on self-care and work on myself. Thank you for these encouraging teaching lessons. I appreciate your kind compassionate words and understanding.

Sometimes, heartbreaks are not becoz of the love of our life, sometimes it is by the people who love us. Sometimes our first heartbreak is by our family whome we loved the most in our lives. And its really veryvery painful when your own family doesn't trust u. And it breaks u the most to the extremities. But as said that we should try to forgive things and take experiences to not repeat the same, which is the only thing we can do.🤞🙌

I felt like empty and heavy. My weight decreased to 41 kg. My tooth broken. I never thought I would be cheated like this. She showed highest level of cruelty to me. Because she found handsome guy. I came to know this world is unfair and cruel. After listening to you, I feel better. You're very inspiring. But I failed and let my anxieties from a prior relationship push her away and in the break up hurt her more with my actions. I tried so hard to get her to understand I will work on my anxieties. But she just couldnt give it another shot. I have never been so depressed in my life.

Attachment/aversion feels like one of my biggest blocks to freedom. Through my practice I am noticing old patterns after a recent breakup, and merging with them means the suffering is immense. There is an attachment to merging with these patterns here. I appreciate the timely reminder of impermanence. But through reflection a lot of pain is here from identifying with the one who wasn't able to give as much love as he wanted to, for whatever reason. Mainly shame. and there is merging with tremendous guilt. So this was a bitter sweet video for me. Started off with an opening, then a contraction, then this comment.
