Dirty Messy Free is more than a podcast series; it is a group-healing and self-healing movement towards unearthing the beauty in life’s “ugly” moments and stepping into the freedom that comes with genuine self-reflection and acceptance.

I really like this one: closure is about accepting reality. Indeed many people see closure as coming together to talk things out and come to some kind of compromised conclusion so everyone can move on without hard feelings. I think this is rooted in the desire to preserve harmony which is very strong in Asian culture. That's why grown up children are pressured into forgiving toxic parents, wives are expected to forgive unfaithful husbands... But this is simply false closure to please everyone but yourself.

Very encouraging positive podcast
Great life stories to make frameworks and theories come to life. Great reminder that there will be spring, and sometimes we just need to let go and chase the wild goose without knowing where we would end up. Yet another great episode with lots of wisdom compacted in an hour. I would miss watching this series it ends but totally looking forward to what's happening next.

Thank you so much! ❤️
I’m confused. Sylvia mentioned her family hid her grandmothers passing from her because of exams in another interview and she never got to say bye. Am I hallucinating?!

The only other time I heard her mentioned about her grandmother's passing was in Quan Yifong's programme. What she said then while was not as detailed as this interview was not at all contradictory.
