Honestly when I watched SC's interview by XX years ago, the first thing that came to my mind was "This woman so poor thing, gotten herself in such a traumatizing situation. Hope she will stay strong and move on".

Thank you for being here through my ups and downs!
Hi Sylvia, it's wonderful that you have undergone this transformation into a more enlightened person. However, I was hoping that you would have talked about workplace abuse and toxicity since you have a very rare perspective when it comes to this issue. It is reasonable to believe that many people cancelled you because you represented experiences that they have had in toxic workplaces. I do feel that it is unfair for one person to take on the "sins" of other toxic bosses and that is unfortunate. What advice do you have for people stuck in toxic workplaces and what can bosses do to create a good working environment?

If there's ample requests, I would be happy to not just share stories but actual tangible and concrete solutions via a masterclass in our upcoming community! It's been an eye opening process for me learning through it for 12 months with a professional HR coach!
Thank you for this amazing podcast !!

This episode is so relatable. I love listening to what others have to say and their stories. I enjoy doing it for my family and friends even tho I am not paid for it. I can totally relate to what Sylvia and Dan is saying. I thought it is a weird ME thing but this episode gave me relief that this is just that I haven't found my community. 😊

Thank you I miss Malaysia! 😊
Awesome sharing once again. When the student is ready, the coach will appear. Thanks for pointing out that we cant just have one single role model but we need multiple people who excel in different part of theirs so we can have the best of all worlds. Its such a simple yet powerful way to look at this and looks like I really need to go back to hitting the books.

Thank you for being uplifting!
why the view get lesser n lesser.... i think need better content or bigger drama. why not get both side of the story, what they gain/learn from it and how to better manage toxic situation. invite the casts, the staffs, the 3rd parties(xmm) and the partner in crime to share. i think this channel need more subs n views.
