Pls la bloody nonsense this 2 person they are not life coach they are just a woman and a gay best friend talking. They are just validating each other’s wrong doing. Sylvia should really just STOP IT JUST GO LOW AND STAY AT THE BACK GROUND. Why she still need to come out and dig out all these nonsense again it’s getting boring and ridiculous. Confirm is this hideous gay blond that convinced her to do it just to boost his own following. WOW Sylvia wake up your idea this guys is 100% making use of u.

We all heard from Sylvia her side of the story, 2ish years on and she’s still stirring up her stories with Ryan, in my opinion, at phase value, what Sylvia describes Ryan makes HIM the bad guy, the villain of the story but do bear in mind the extend of respect Ryan has given her, by not commenting or ever spoke about anything(his toxic relationship and unhappy marriage with Sylvia) after the divorce, Ryan could also have his side of the story that painted Sylvia a bad picture but he rather not, he didn’t start a podcast and he def didn’t use this past marriage negativity as a source of income online, i would say the same thing about him if it was Ryan sitting on that couch today, just a thought ❤️‍🩹 Marriage is a two way street, both parties are wrong, both should learn from it instead of blaming and shaming the other party, we could only believe Half 50/50 of the story Slyvia said, reality sucks but that’s the way it is .

I still think the way she treated her employees was not right (Calling one of your employees fuck face, behaving in such an arrogant way during the zoom meeting). But for someone who has gone through what Sylvia has - cancelled, investigated by police, managing a company that tanked - she is very resilient. She has really bounced back stronger. Respect to her for that

  • @spikeyholly3023

So Ryan made a police report that Sylvia embezzled company funds? But he always said he still cares for her. I thought the NOC saga was a bunch of NOC talents saying on social media that Sylvia didn’t pay them and instead used company funds for herself (pay rent for her house and pay her brother even though he did no work at that time). I didn't know that Ryan filed a police report that she embezzled company funds. Didn’t Sylvia send Ryan a lawyer’s letter for starting Reno King too? Wow, I didn't know Grace made a police report for prostitution against Sylvia. I thought the story online at that time was that Grace's friends were sharing anonymously on Grace's behalf that she felt used by Sylvia. She slept with someone at a party, but then later on allegedly realised that Sylvia brought female talents with her to that party, with a prior arrangement with the guy that if he managed to get lucky with one of the girls, he would do distribution of Sylvia's start-up-in-the-works chilli brand for free in return. If that was true, I would categorise that as making use of a girlfriend (which is despicable), but I would not categorise that as prostituting one of your employees.

  • @spikeyholly3023

Wasn’t the allegations at the time was that she did not pay her staff? Use company funds to pay the rent of her house? Pay her brother a salary even though he didn’t work? Backdate her brother’s pay so he can get PR? So all these were not true?

we are only seeing one side of the story of many angles with this... she continues to bring up the past when ryan has really moved on n dont discuss much of anything that im aware of(could be wrong)... either way theres many angles to make a bedroom... not just one angle makes a room just like one angle links the whole story together... cuz they are many sides to a story cant really believe anything cuz its all subjective... basically whom what how where... have no clue this is why ppl shouldnt side with either/or... u see this all the time in election years with politicians... they gather up ppl to gang up on the other to get what they want... its a political tactic thats pretty much the norm... not attacking sylvia or ryan but what u accuse of ryan of doing ur doing the same by voicing all these podcast to gain ppl on ur side with the masses against ryan... the way im viewing it its just politics anymore... i think the podcast be more well received if they wasnt no ryan involved at all... u guys could get the point across more without bringing someone into it.. or atleast not naming the individual thats basically gaslighting... hope my comment dont get deleted for being unbiased n honest

do you see Taylor Swift with her new album? not saying who is in the right or wrong in all these circumstances, because we can't ever know the truth. But the reason people can't move on from things is because they were hurt to the point of no return. Ryan walked away from the saga being the clear winner in the public's eyes. Whether you believe Sylvia or not, you can't expect someone who received mass public hatred to the extent she did to just go away, be silent and move on. You certainly wouldn't either if it happened to you.

Halfway through the video after the 4 stories. Yes this is typical of someone who is insecure. But as someone who is insecure myself, I can somewhat relate to why Ryan acted in this manner. He was not trying to manipulate, but he was overthinking every single thing you did because he needs the validation that you love him. As soon as you show someone else attention, he is afraid that he would lose you. Im not saying that what he did was right. He was not ready to love someone else, because he did not love himself first.

Hi Sylvia, it's wonderful that you have undergone this transformation into a more enlightened person. However, I was hoping that you would have talked about workplace abuse and toxicity since you have a very rare perspective when it comes to this issue. It is reasonable to believe that many people cancelled you because you represented experiences that they have had in toxic workplaces. I do feel that it is unfair for one person to take on the "sins" of other toxic bosses and that is unfortunate. What advice do you have for people stuck in toxic workplaces and what can bosses do to create a good working environment?

We all sin and fall short of the glory of God. There is nothing good in ourselves. That’s why Jesus urge us to seek the Truth of who He is (unconditional love, holy and righteous), seek Him and His word, *deny* ourselves (our evil ways, our evil heart desires, our evil thoughts) and follow Him. It’s only through His word, we find peace (not of this world). The world says “listen to your heart”. But no, God says your heart is desperately and perpetually sinful. Jesus is the only way, truth and life. Only by seeking Him through His word, we will understand God’s love and will for us (We will be a new being, our values and essence will change: curb the tongue, love others as ourselves, edify one another, putting interest of others above self, forgiveness, self-control, correcting someone in truth in love, pursuing things above and not this world, bless and pray for our enemies and not curse them, being mindful of the words we use, etc). Jesus loves us so much and wants the best for us, we need to seek Him first with all our heart, soul and mind, and the real blessings will pour out. ❤
