I love hot and warm water but I couldn't dare to use it in that hot house, I was using cold water daily, and let me tell you my skin was like the moon. Not kidding it was beautiful. I wasn't even using any moisturizer, just aloe Vera gel here and there. I should really go back to cold showers ...

Please girlies, if you're healthy you don't need to obsess with detoxify or purify your blood!! your liver and kidneys do that for you already. Also, castor oil won't end up in your bloodstream unless you inject it directly, regardless of wherever you put it on your skin. And thank goodness our skin protects us, because that would be effing dangerous 🤦🏻‍♀️ .

Not in this day and age. Maybe when the air and water and food were clean but unless you are living in a remote village, drinking unudalterated springwater and growing all your own food in non toxic soil, your kidneys and liver are workjng overtime. Add in all the chemicals we are exposed to everywhere, the endless injections of heavy metals and who knows what else, and all the carcinogens and endocrine disrupters and our organs are struggling. I run my water through a ditiller, if you saw what cones out of a weeks worth of tapwater, you would puke.

@@mymomwantsmetobeadocter6870 this has to be a joke.. I see feet daily with the fast majority of them being deformed because of the wrong shoe size. Did you ever get a shoe done and perfectly fittet to your feet? The shoes people buy have to look good, they are standardized to make mass Production possible, our feet are not though, they are unique for everyone which is why said shoes barely ever fit a foot just fine. Pointed shoes never fit anyone and are known to cause deformity, yet they are a thing and still worn by many because of the look. If your shoes aint got enough space for your toes, taking up even more of that space aint a solution.. you dont even have to be a pedriatrist to understand it, it's simple math.

My dermatologist (Dr Murad who’s now retired) years ago told me that I need to have “bio-available hydration” via hydrating vegetables and fruits in addition to water - think cucumber, apples, pears, kale, all the melons, avocado, and adding chia seeds to melon water or kombucha like they do with Mama Chia. Cuz all plain water has to be converted by our cells to be barrier absorbable. And that takes up to 12 hours. Electrolytes help a lot to make them quicker absorbed but the best thing is to always include the veg and fruit.

Regarding the water intake: Please inform yourself before you practice this and when in doubt ask your own doctor! There is a lot of info on how much water you should consume based on your weight. Recommending to only drink one liter a day is so dangerous because it won’t apply to everyone. It also depends on how much you drink at once. You’re not supposed to drink a liter at once since it washes your electrolytes out, but that amount stretched over a day is very very little. Taking care of your electrolytes on the other hand is a great tip.

  • @tahsina.c

    @tahsina.c

"So dangerous" lol no its not Water intoxication only results from consuming _excessive_ amounts of water, as in 1 litre an hour, which is a lot. Your body is effective in signaling to your brain when youve had too much water and not enough essential nutrients in your body. unless you have an underlying health condition its unlikely that water intoxication will happen. Youre right that each body is unique but its hardly dangerous to drink a litre of water a day.

Mewing: I changed my face shape in my late 30s within a year, my eyes brightened and I could actually breathe through my nose; it was uncomfortable at first but my nasal passages cleared allowing better airflow. It takes about 3 months of concentrated effort and then becomes natural. Castor Oil on toes: I don't like to wear polish often and putting castor oil on my toes a few times a week makes them look beautiful even when polish-free, and I don't get ingrowns anymore Cupping: reduce/eliminates cellulite and can even generate fat lysing Baking soda: add to toothpaste 1x a week, face wash 1x a week, body wash 1x a week, shampoo 1x a week Red Light devices, microcurrent devices, high frequency devices (Amazon, $50-$300) Face yoga: if squats and bridges help your booty, what do you think 'cheek lifts' do for your face 🤩

Now I have the 'same' face from high school, just mature. As for helping to breathe better, also yes. Once your nasal passages clear and the airways expand, you get more air. When one keeps their tongue pressed against the roof of the mouth, you close the 'empty cavity' that is your mouth and more air actually gets down into your lungs. A relaxed tongue at the bottom of your mouth means some airflow ends up in the mouth, not lungs and then we open our mouth to 'get' more air.

I wear spf 60 sunscreen every day on my face, neck, chest and backs of hands as well as always wearing uv protective sunglasses outside. It's preventative for sun damage and photoaging (not to mention skin cancer) and it's important to use after using retinol or an exfoliating acid at night since they make your skin more sensitive. I'm also very fair and I like to lean into the porcelain look so making sure I'm protected is key to maintaining an even skintone

I do use sunscream but im not doing it regularly. Also i smoke. Still look 10 years younger. Everybody are very confused when I tell my age includimg my dermatologist. My skin is perfect. I use water and fresh face towel every morning and cleam pillowcase every third night. When I was in puberty and had a pimple I used garnier scrub (back then we didnr have a lot of options) my face exploded with redness and pimples and it had me buying more and more products and then my grandma just asked me : why dont you just let it be?. So i did and skin is amazing organ it peels itselg it mosturize itself it tannes in sun to protect and it has natural barriers.

the hydration part got me fr. i drink a lot of water and that's mainly because i just feel thirsty all the time. and then i keep going to the washroom frequently. my mom keeps saying to stop drinking water so much 😭😭 and yes i never really saw any difference in my skin. now i actually figured out why. thank you so much for this really. this entire video helped me a lot.

I have very cool-toned skin and every self tanner I've ever seen has been warm toned. If I had a warm-tone or even neutral tone I would try this without hesitation, but I'm not sure anyone actually makes a cool-toned self tanner?

Went googling after I made the above comment, there IS apparently self-tanners that take cool undertones into account, but you're looking at $40+ on sale. (And if you aren't careful about the product overheating/oxidizing too much, you can end up looking green) So I'll have to wait to try this method out.

Some good tips, but as someone trying to save my hairline I cringe at people plucking their hairline. I’d be concerned about damaging follicles that you may regret when you get a bit older. And I’m someone who always had thick hair and a low hairline.

Lip liner- I outline and then completely fill in my lips with a slightly darker color than my natural one. As my lipstick fades I still have a beautiful color and defined lips. It also helps my lipstick last longer. Evening out skin texture- I swear by Bliss Incredpeels. I use them every other night before bed (it's a leave on treatment, not a mask or scrub) and it really helps loosen off any shedding skin so my foundation goes on smoothly & I don't get those shedding flakes that get highlighted by makeup. I also use Clinique's Exfoliating Scrub the next morning to slough off whatever it loosened. The average person would do this less than me-I have higher than normal cell turnover so I recommend starting with once or twice a week.

Lash extensions are a game changer especially if you find an artist that does more natural looking ones. However for even longer results, lash lifts with tint. Get brows tinted too. Basically looks like makeup without makeup and lasts over a month.

it can be harmful to even apply eyeliner or kohl to the upper lash line or waterline as it blocks the meibomian glands, which release tears and keep the eyes moist, and are necessary for better vision.

You should be drinking half your body weight in ounces (if you weigh 200 pounds, you should drink 100 ounces of water). A litter isn't enough for some people. You're totally right about electrolytes and minerals and their effects on the liver. Great info.
