Ойын-сауық
One of the hardest part about an Iron Man Build is figuring out how to harness the suit. I struggled for over a weak on figuring this out and wanted to share what i learned making the harness.
Huge thank you to @ChrisBoshProps for sharing his file for the snap system. It make hinging the biceps and calves a dream!

I really like your rivet-like welding seams that go through your torso pieces!
These are so useful. I’m currently printing a Mark 85 and wondering how I can put it all together

Should be super similar
So when you mentioned that you just combined them in mesh mixer bruh you saved me allllll the time.

For those back flaps? Yeah printing each flap and the overhangs were gonna take so much support material and time

Thanks for the awesome video! I appreciate the level of detail you go into on why and how the harness is set up. Excited to see it all painted up and I'm excited for your helmet motorization tutorial as well.

Tried to help take any confusion out. Torn on doing the helmet motorization tutorial cause I feel like I'm just barely understanding it but may be good showing anyone can do it if I can 😂
I've been waiting for this video! I'm building the mk 42 armor soon thanks for all the info!

Thanks 🙏 can't wait to see some color on it
Nice man! I just finished my War Machine mark 1. Made the armor out of pepakura EVA foam. I used the old school buckle method to strap the pieces. The button straps to connect the bicep to the forearm and calve to thigh is genius. It really shows the mobility for the suit. I am using the Chicago screws for that connection. I am going to switch it out and use the strap button like you showed. That is genius next level thinking. Thanks for the in depth tutorial.

Do you happen to have a link to the files for the mounts to join the chest an back piece?

They are just the shoulder straps printed again but I sliced off the edges to make them smaller and used a heat gun to bend them a little
Thanks for this walkthrough! I made some good notes. You mentioned linking the snaps setup files. Where can we get those? Thanks!

thanks man, Honestly it feels fine moving so far, I know in your vids youve mentioned sometimes a pressure point develops over time like the one on your knee. Going to Fanexpo chicago so we will see then i guess

@@SaturdayMorningProps That's awesome dude! Hope you have fun at Fan Expo.
Did u have anything holding the front chest to the back piece so when u walk they wouldn’t separate
@SaturdayMorningProps

the front attaches to the back by buckles at the shoulders, and velcro at the sides
How tall are you? Since do3d files fit you at 100%
