Yes at least for 15 day's..you will get good germination rates by keeping them in refrigerator

Yes agar pack PE likha nahi honga ki startification process huva Hain to rakhna padega... Germination rate badh jata Hain..agar outside temp cool Hain to direct Bhi Laga sakte ho

If you have seeds in summer keep them in refrigerator till winter. If you have in winter keep in refrigerator for two weeks. Rose seeds Germinate when spring Season start. You cannot grow rose from seeds in Summer but in winter you can grow

Cocopeat is made out of coconut fiber...in powder form ...you can easily get from Amazon or try local nursery or you can make at home..check my vdo on how to make Cocopeat at home...

Rosehip/Seedpod form after Pollination. Rose are self Pollinate means they don't need any pollinators to Pollinate flower. You can do hand pollination for Seedpod. I am making another video on same topic but with more details. I mentioned in that vdo how to Pollinate flower. Will upload vdo soon

If outside temperature is cool then you can plant directly. If not at least keep seeds in refrigerator for two weeks

Rose seeds Germinate in spring in winter. You can keep in refregerator for at least two weeks before or in winter. If you have seeds in summer keep in refregerator Untill winter or spring

Without lid germinated successfully this year.. because I used double layer tissue paper. But I suggest fresh Harvested seeds are better..just kept for two weeks in refrigerator and grow Succuesfully..now I have total 12 seeds grown rose plant. 9 from fresh Harvested seeds and three for stored seeds. In summer I face electricity problem so for me storing seeds is difficult
