"Overstimulation is the enemy of focus" This is so true. When you scroll through social media you're not allowing your mind to think for yourself. You're letting other people do the thinking for you.

We don't need more ideas. Ideas are a dime a dozen. Everyone has 1000 great ideas. We need people to implement their ideas, not come up with more.

You could work more on documenting them... With pen and paper, digital gadgets or short audio recordings. Try and review them frequently too. I hope this helps

@@MelissaHogwood We can always make out time for the things we consider important. It starts with how you view them. When you start thinking about how useful those ideas are, you will definitely start making out time for them in your "busyness" Let me give you a friendly challenge: As you go about your day, document at least two prominent idea that you have as well as short ways to implement them. As the saying goes, start small, start badly, but start anyways...

@@damilareoluwuyi No I really mean I'm too busy lol. I'm a working Mom. At work if an idea comes, I am working and can't stop to write stuff down (I drive heavy equipment). At home if I have an idea I can't just say "sorry kids I know I'm teaching you how to ride a bike or w.e but let me go write something down" lol. It just doesn't work that way. By the time I have gone to write it down I guarantee it'll be gone already lol.
