i got my back walkover in dah form watching this video! i already had my bridge kick over. i would definitely recommend doing it on a soft surface like grass, gymnastics mat, or a air track which was what i used. the most helpful tip was you should all remember to do us to title your head back and keep your eyes on the ground it helped me a lot as i kept on falling or twisting over!
OMG I have been trying to learn this for so long and this video helped so much I can do an awesome back walkover now! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

OMG.I am a 11 years old girl.AND I GOT MY BACK WALKOVER.
Looking back was soooo helpful❤️
My friend taught me the “putting your head backwards before doing the backbend” bit and it really helps! Love from the Netherlands 🇳🇱❤️ For those people who are scared to do it on the mat, I recommend doing it on the trampoline, but do not worry if you do not have that, try it on a bed so you can get the feeling of it on a soft surface so if you fall it will not hurt. But mainly try it on a soft/bouncy bed first so you don’t have to do it on a low and hard surface. Hope this helped! :)

This is so helpful!! I’ve never been a gymnastics or cheer person, but I’ve been in winter guard and they asked me to do a back walkover in the start of our show, so thank you!
I am not a gymnast but ever since I started watching your channel it made me want to be one. I have taught myself a few things (front handspring, front tuck) on trampoline and a few things (bridge, cartwheel, handstand) on the floor. I don’t think I will ever actually become a gymnast or a cheerleader but you guys still inspire me a lot. Never stop and don’t let the haters bring you down! I 💗 your channel! -Sarah
