No, that’s totally normal. Means it’s running at 120hz

What firmware are you on? Do you have any color delays? My m32u has this issue on ps5 where every fps increase or different game selection the screen goes black for a second and then resets. I also have some coloring issues that happen only in war zone 2.

I’ve been using the gigabyte m282 for a month now on Xbox series x in 4k 120hz and I have really bad nosiy textures like film grain and it only appears in shadows, idk what to do and it makes my game look really bad

Is there a benefit to running HDR off and switching to FPS picture? I know our monitors are HDR 400 or something?

HDR looks dark at 400, plus the FPS picture settings looks good with some games. But I tend to change it depending on the game.

Got this monitor and everything seems fine but my headphones don't work when I connect to the monitor 3.5mm jack, I just get static and can't figure out a fix, any advice?

I just got mine yesterday. Watched ur other video too. I can’t get 120fps on my ps5. All the settings are correct and 2.1 hdmi all that good stuff. There’s still something I’m missing and I can’t figure it out man

1. check the hdmi cable just incase it's 2.0 2. If you are recording your gameplay for eg. using an elagto game capture device then you might not get 120hz.

Still use it everyday! Picture quality is very good

The super resolution setting that these gigabyte monitors have is criminally underrated. I found that turning it up to halfway removes any sort of blurriness in games and tends to make textures and geometry look insanely better Edit: Just make sure to turn down sharpness all the way to 0 if you are using the super resolution setting as it already makes everything look so sharp to the point where you don’t want additional sharpening on top of it

@@tsm_divax5120 I gotchu. Disregard the part where i said to turn the sharpness down to 0 as doing that tends to make text look blurry. I have a gigabyte m27q monitor but it has the same settings as this one super resolution- 2 overdrive- picture quality brightness- 100 contrast- 55 sharpness- 5 color vibrance- 11 gamma- option 3 low blue light- 5 everything else off/default This gives me the most accurate and vibrant colors and deep blacks while also making all my games look near 4k thanks to the super resolution. Make sure to not turn the setting up to more than 2 though, as going beyond that tends to make games look a little too sharp and gritty
