It's time you grow up and officially move on from your ex. There is no need to let your past hold you back, what has happened is done and will never be again. You should stop wasting your time following your ex on any social media, it's only going to bring up unnecessary thoughts and feelings that you really need to get over. Also who cares if the person your ex is with now is worse or better than you, it's his or her decision and you can't do anything about it. I think the fact that there is nothing we can do about it is what causes a lot of the pain. As humans we like to be able to fix and solve things and when we’re faced with something we can do nothing about it haunts us. Overcoming the fact that you are powerless to certain situations in life and accepting that you are not always in control of your surroundings is one of the most important life skills you can learn.
