Look at it this way. The best thing you can do is walk away. You will seem more confident and attractive. They will eventually miss you and have some regret. Then they’ll either come back or go away forever in which case they will receive the permanent gift of missing you & wondering what happened, because you just disappeared. Chasing them will make them the prize and drive them away further.

I think it helps with moving on, after a break up there is always hope and suspicion, overthinking, etc. this way you know she moved on and it can help you confirm that it’s over for sure. It also confirms it’s not a guy you know (hopefully) and it calms your mind and then you start really moving on

I have the same situation and did a lot of wrong things. But whatever you do, do not stalk them! Take it from me. I’ve been there and it felt like I dug my own grave. It’s bad for your mental and emotional health. I stopped and work on myself now. Please love yourself too.

The right. As the idiot ex who broke up with my boyfriend a few years ago over something stupid and then had a rebound relationship, they’ll always probably compare what they had with you to the new rebound. In my case it didn’t measure up. It only lasted about a month. The only problem is some of us have to learn the hard way. And then you’re doing damage control and trying to fix it. Keep up the good work and I enjoy your videos.

These videos have helped me this past month during NC. Today I found out she is now seeing another guy. My whole world feels like it’s crashing. My anxiety has never been worse. This sucks.

I wish I could look at my situation so optimistically but the way things seem to be is just crushing... it's like I'm sure they will stay together no matter what, they look happy, they even look compatible...also introducing friends and family, everything you mention in the video is actually happening. LaoSoftware- no, we never got back together in the real sense of the word. He only agreed to see me at his place, and only I initiated contact. Last time I saw him he told me that he thought he was incapable of being in a relationship. He’s depressed and defeated. I’ve let go. If he reaches out- I’ll talk to him with an open heart, but he’d have to come to me.

OR they realized the grass IS greener, at least for them, and they don't miss you at all. This seems to be my case unfortunately.

This is the best thing that can happen to you, if the new person is a good match you can move on, if not they will soon contact you. Trust me it happens, if they come back they do it crawling. Then you will have to tell yourself if them having sex with someone else is ok for you. You must be afraid if they don't meet no one new because it means they are recovering in the right way, to move on definitely.

I could tell she was embarrassed because I asked her about the stalking. We exchanged pleasantries and were nice to each other, but that was it. That was the last time I heard from her. I still think about her daily though.

i left my ex after 24 years … he met his new flavor of ice cream i wish them both well .. im focusing on my own dreams and goals moving forward never look back ..im loving being single no obligations or feeling drained he seriously sucked the life out of me it got so bad that even looking at him made me sick ..then it got to the point i stopped kissing him i wouldn't let him kiss me in ten years i would push him away as i felt nothing but disgust ..leaving him was the best thing i ever did for both of us

rebounds are bound to fail because they automatically compare you to them. first it's my ex never did this and then later on after they break up your still remembered.

I am crying while watching , I do lover her so much even if i am so much in pain but still want her to come back, I really i know i am hopeless but i just want to fix thing and want her back (LDR relationship 4 years as i was student and i was about to meet her next year) , I did begging and all for whole November but i am on no contact period from December. I just found you both over the last week.. Coach Margaret reminds me of my grandmother.. shes not with me anymore but i think of her when i need comfort.. its nice that you remind me of her! The person I have feelings for is a complicated character, he's quite mean but have some nice qualities underneath it all. For the last 11 months we saw each other every weekend (after the boys activities which usually involve drinking. but he is non commital. Also we only had about 10 actual dates all up, I always asked to go to dinner or something and it would take him 3 or 4 weeks to finally agree each time. Each monday or tuesday he would pull away. I would accept and let it go each time (most times this was heated) and then by the weekend he would approach me again kind of with his tail between his legs. I've been hurting for 10 months and about a month ago he called it off. He went on holiday and said he missed me and when he came back we united again for one night. Within 24 hours he was mean again telling me to literally "f off to work" in the morning. Then he was cold and mean and for one week I pleaded. Last week I stopped contact. On the 7th day he emailed me whilst drunk and I didnt respond. The next day he added a friend of mine on insta and i knew it was to get to me. I broke no contact and told him off for liking pics of her butt. He is like that, he thinks being mean and cheeky will trigger me, and it did. I blasted him for being a drunk and a drug addict and a pervert. He said he didnt want to hurt me and that he loves me. All i want to do is tell him that I love him too... but hes so mean, hes so non committal and he plays these games. When I was pleading he would reply "get gone" "scoot" "go f someone else". I need to heal. I didnt reply to the i love u message. I dont trust him with my feelings any more. He takes advantage of my forgiveness and then tosses me to the curb again. I just don't know what to do. Its so hard to move on.

Probably lol. But I don’t have any competition ;) Yes I’ve been told there are a few people copying my ideas word for word. Believe me, whoever they are... if they have no original ideas, they have no critical thinking to help anyone.

Me and my ex dated for 2 years and we broke up a week ago. Craig and Margaret are beautiful people and have helped me immensely during my time of no contact, my gf I was only with for 3 months! and we got a long great!? and she wanted to put a label on us and also was the first to say that "L" word! but was also the one to push me away due to jealousy on her part and saying she wasn't ready for a relationship due to past trauma with an Ex... to now I have been split up with her for just over a month and found out after probably 3 weeks of our split she is in another relationship!? I thought that was an odd way of her saying she needed to "heal" but I know better what it actually is now... made it a bit easier for me to move on since that's the closure I never got with her in person! you guys rock!

Finding out your ex is dating someone else is one thing, but having your person leave you for someone else is one of the toughest things you can go through in life. I know it does not seem like a consolation, but if you go through this once or a few times and better yourself after, you will have a stronger resolve in almost all other aspects of your life. Things will not bother you as much, you become iron and let less significant worries bounce off you like Usher's head on Nicki Minaj's butt at the 2014 VMA's. Or like an energy beam bouncing off a light saber( that one is for you, Craig lol)
