Sometimes we need things to happen so fast and when we're not seeing that result immediately, the next option will be to quit.

Omg I have my notifications notified for all my apps besides my text messages, calendar, and phone. It has been SUCH a game changer because the social apps do not control ME and I get to choose when I check my social media apps. We are not consumers of content, we are content CREATORS.

I LOVE this video! I never thought about breaking things down this way but I find this method extremely helpful. I like that you suggest having no more that three tasks per day. I remember Tim Ferris mentioning that in 4 Hour Work Week and thought that was a great piece of advice. It fits really well into this scheduling plan.
