I have been lifting as hard as I can for over 40 years. I have been a National Powerlifting Champion a few times, but I always learn from your material and I have most of your manuals, which are all great sources of training and lifestyle information.

I bought this manual on Black Friday and gave been going through it a bit at a time. Although I've been lifting for 20 years, you are never too far into anything to learn new things and adapt new ideas. There is so much great information in the manual and its well worth the money. Matt is by far and away one of the top people in the strength industry!

I have listened to several podcasts with you and seen many of your Wenning Wednesday and youtube videos where you talk about beginners. Every time you say a beginner should definitely not start with the basic compound exercises like squats because the muscles like hamstrings and lower back etc. are not developed yet and beginners have to build these muscles for at least a year before training the basic compound exercises. Now, as a beginner, I bought the manual and the plan is to do barbell speed squats, barbell back squats and speed squats in one day in the first week on day five!? Why? I don't understand that and I expected to get a program that teaches exactly what you always say. Why does it suddenly make sense as a beginner to do three main exercises in one day or to do any main exercises at all when there are no muscles there yet?

Hello, I purchased this manual and I have two questions please. I need the weekend off because of my kids. How to modify this traditional four-times-a-week conjugate split for a more convenient three-times-a-week split when my main goal is to grow big legs because in the manual, for a three days per week split it says lower just once per week, either max effort or low effort. Thank you

I´m interested in the manual. I´m 35 and a beginner and I read in different articles and heard on a few videos from big names in the industry, not instagram influencers, that your style of training is way too much volume for naturals, espcially your wenning warm-ups are a bunch of junk volume. are your wenning warm-ups for natural average guys and do you think average guys like me who are totally and all natural can achieve the same performance in training and build the same amout of muscle mass, which I primarely want, if we do hundreds of repetitions before the main exercises as opposed to when we only warm up as much as necessary with way less volume?

Page 60 Dynamic upper, why Speed bench press and speed deadlifts on the same day? Makes no sense at all? Page 88, main lift is missing. Page 91 Sumo deadlift as wenning warm-up, must be wrong. Page 105 the only day with four exercises for wenning warmup, must be wrong. Page 127 dynamic lower and warm-up calls for db bench press, lat pulldowns and tricep extensions. I can go on and on and to summ it all up, the program is not doable because it makes no sense. Can I get my money back please. Thanks
