How to Get Bigger Biceps (5 Mistakes You’re Probably Making)

When it comes to how to get bigger biceps (and how to get big arms in general), there’s many factors you need to get correct besides just choosing the right biceps exercises. In order to grow your biceps and build the size of your arms, you need to play close attention to how exactly your performing your exercises and how you’re incorporating them into your routine. Take the simple biceps curl for example - it’s a great exercise for adding mass to the biceps but is often done poorly by allowing other muscle groups like the traps, front delts, and forearms to take over. By applying the simple tweaks mentioned in this video, you’ll be able to move a lot of the tension back to the biceps and quickly see the results you’ve been waiting for. Don’t let these biceps mistakes steal your gains!

The thing I like about this channel is that it doesn’t only show actual proof of why you should do what it tells you to do which is like really rare in fitness channels but this guy isn’t freakin Arnold swartzeneger or how the hell you write it, he’s fit but not like 1% body fat fit, he’s a normal guy, with normal genes and with a big brain that shows you what a normal guy, with normal genes and normal body should do to improve without becoming Arnold swartzeneger (again how the hell you write it). Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

Thanks Jeremy. At a time when the KZread seems to be getting filled with misinformation and disinformation, truly informative videos like yours are a blessing. You have spent a great deal of time studying and researching what you presented. Especially appreciate the article from Physiological Genomics about responders versus non responders. More and more, everything seems to be in the genes.

This was SERIOUSLY so well made, incredibly informative. And its stuff everyone should know. This needs to become common sense so no time is wasted. Paid trainers are for those who need the motivation and guidance. To others this research is perfect. Congrats on all your very hard work at the gym and putting this together. Yet ANOTHER great video Jeremy!👌 Thanks brother.....this one was right on time for me. I literally JUST started being able to feel my arms when doing curls. Ive been trying to connect my mind to that muscle for some time now and finally, like this week, was able to figure it out! Perfect video!👍

I was moving my elbows with the lift as well as twisting my wrist at the top of the contraction. I also had my arms too far out in front of me while doing barbell curls. When i pulled them back further and tucked them in closer to my side as well as doing the above mentioned things, i was able to have a far greater mind muscle connection. I think that connection comes the very instant you actually get a decsent pump in the muscle. Its almost like an "AH-HAA" moment and then you just duplicate the way you did it over and over and WHAAH-LA! Muscle growth!!😊
