This goes back to the value vs comfort idea. She won’t desire your advances until you present a certain level of value. Giving her sh*t sub communicates that you are a man of value because it shows that you’re willing to take social risks in the conversation.

Tbh I use to have the nice guy syndrome, but the last couple months I’ve been doubling tripling down on like talking back as in like telling her what I think n it sounds like I’m mad but I’m not. It gets the attention soooo much, n tbh this sticking point for me is like a gift. It works. The fact I was pondering today about why I need to 5x is most people would consider disrespect or mad. It’s not it does a lot to her n for her n you.

How do you avoid paralysis by analysis? With so much information online how do you practice the steps efficiently and proactively without distraction from other concepts? This may be the cause of my approach anxiety.

In which level do you consider yourself? If you're a beginner, I would set for smaller goals and advance step by step. Practice your openers only, don't mind about what to say next, make a compliment or whatever then leave. Then once you're comfortable with that, go to the next step: open and maintain a conversation for more than 5 minutes without necessarily showing intent. Once comfortable, start to show intent during your interactions but don't stress out about closing. Then, after all that is natural to you, try to number close. Again, once comfortable, you can try instant dates or hookups. Remember to in every step you take, to analyze yourself and the interaction, what you did right or wrong and fix it and keep improving in your next approaches.

@@RafaelGringo I understand if your a beginner and I did implement that advice, the thing is I consider myself to be high intermediate at this point but struggle with the latter parts of doing dates and closing well. The complicated closing stuff is confusing because it's so nuanced with multiple layers to practice.

Just get out there and keep meeting people regardless. Best way to teach yourself what is and isnt working for you is to experience the ups and downs of it for yourself...but continuing to do so as you frame your thinking around what nuggets you learn from others.

Two things I've heard Todd teach before about this... 1. If you mean for cold approaching girls, he has a video here on YT called "Approaching Girls made Easy! (For Introverts & Beginners)." Try the advice in that, it's step-by-step. 2. If you're talking about dates or any other part of game, the idea is to do 90% of what is just your natural game so far, and just work on tweaking some small detail, like work on 1 technique you learned, 1 part of the process. At any time, you're being mostly natural, just trying to improve one little detail at a time.
