If you’re talking about the kind with a sprayer similar to wha is on something like Windex, those have a different design for the trigger and no battery. If this method does not work for you, watch my newer Ortho Home Defense video and see if those methods help. Otherwise, your sprayer might need to be replaced. Thanks for watching!

See when you think you ain’t going to find a video somebody has one. Thanks a hold lot. I took it off and washed it out well run water threw it . It had slimy stuff in it.🤭🥴🤣🙃. I was too scared to think or touch it ,over thinking to think 🤣🤣.Then it has a turn off at the turning top 🙄 So I made sure it was on and it’s pumping again . 👍🏾👍🏾Bigs Thanks 😊

Glad it helped you and thanks so much for watching. Giving the sprayer hose and trigger a rinse was something I tried, as well, with no results. The method in the video works because these sprayers have a habit of quitting and I wasn’t looking to buy another one for the same problem to develop.

Your method didn't work, but I haven't tried rinsing it so maybe that will do it. It sprays ok for 2 seconds and gives up the ghost all while making pumping noises...

It worked. It took me a few tries but it worked. Thank you!

Thanks for the kind words. I knew the batteries in my sprayer were good because of the noise. If the method shown in the video had not worked, I would’ve transferred the liquid into one of my other sprayers and not bothered spending a few dollars changing the batteries. My fumble fingers don’t like diddling with the tiny screw. Thank you, again, for watching!

Great idea. Also saw another video, where you just hold the container higher than the wand. Then press the spray button and it’ll start working. Gravity will force the liquid into the sprayer.

I have a Pestie brand sprayer, but this worked for me also. Yay! Thanks so much, because I had already mixed up the insecticide and it's not good after it sits over night supposedly, so you really saved the day! I was able to get my spraying in before the rains come back here in the PNW.

Give it a shot and let me know if it helped, Christina. First, make sure the batteries are good by pressing the trigger. If you hear a whirring noise, batteries should be fine. If not, my fix won’t work until the batteries are good. Thanks for watching!
