TYSM I was so worried my parents would have to get me a new one and I thought the whole blow on it was a scam, but it actually worked!! So thanks bro something less to worry about

To fix your rb/lb try this number 1 hold both your bumpers down for 30 seconds, then release.If that doesnt work put your finger under lb/rb then press hard as you can but not too hard to hurt your finger. 3- Hold rt or lb down blow into it as hard as you can but do not spit. Now if that doesnt work get a toothpick and alcohol break the toothpicks sharp point snap it off then pull it off then flatten the toothpick dip it in some alcohol and just dab it on the inside of the rb/lb. 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆 ☺️

I’m reading this while looking at my fully disassembled controller with broken clips from the side plates, the two special screwdrivers I ordered online, and no obvious signs of damage to the spot where the right bumper depresses the button on the box on the motherboard. Whoops.

My bumper was not doing anything and I thought it was because I was using it to much because I started playing dbd but it was that I was playing to much dust was getting in

The blowing in there was actually like a smart idea I have the Xbox elite series 2 control and my left bumper started to have problems but sure enough I sprayed some air up there now it works good as new

My rb button is wobbly and is going inside my controller and this just happened while I was playing a game so I don’t know if the wire snapped or what happened but I have to press and hold really hard on the rub button for it to work

Try going to the y button and pressing down on the top of the button (like not in front were you usually press I literally mean on top) and than hold it for 10 second real hard. if not try getting a q tip with isopropyl alcohol and holding down the trigger in front of the button than wipe gently. (Make sure to have the q tip damp not soaking wet

Yeah I think so, I’m pretty sure it’s sticky or stuck, you can try plying the bumper off with a flat tool and than cleaning it and putting it back on

When I moved the RT button out the way I could see inside the Rb button and I could see the silver little line and I could see it was bent so I just stuck a butter knife in there and I gently pressed it against the little bar and I hear it bend back into place and now it works
