Yep I'm still got this problem accepted the downloads but now will not let me go online but keeps asking me to download I've done it exactly everything it's told me I have tried to force start rebuild factory settings and uploaded using a USB nothing is working so I've just got a box and if I speak to someone from PlayStation they're going to tell you that my PlayStation needs to be repaired which is absolute b******* then have a problem unti 11.02 f****** merry Christmas 🎁

Same here... been trying for a couple hours and it still hasn't worked. It's my last ps4 (not my current one but my backup one) but I wanted to set it up to give to my sister. Did you ever figure it out for yours?

My problem is everytime I got to number 5 rebuild database it will tell me that part 11.02 need a usb stick I need help with this if you could help a brother out

I cant enter the playstation system becuse of it, it says i dosnload 11.02 or reinstal (i will loose all my data) i did all the official ps stepski correctly and it still doesn't work- im stuck in safe mode!
