@@masof_dis2113 What I found was I was trying to use a USB-C charging cable that wasn't a data cable.

@@future32611 Can you connect via usbc/usb cord? You need a cable that does both charging and data. If your cable is strictly for charging but not for data transfer, then charging is all it will do and you can't connect to the consoles interface.
