    Oh it is exactly what I need! Thank you for the explaining. I am a beginner of tradbow and I get a painful elbow of its upper side. I thought it was because I slightly bent my bow arm but now I realize that the reason should be my over-stressed grip. Thanks a lot.

    I get elbow pain in my bow but in neither of spots you mentioned. I get it right inside of the joint

    Great tips. I suffer with arthritis in some joints and assumed my elbow pain was down to that. After you pointed out the common pain areas, I realised its tendon pain. Off to dig out the kettle bells. Thanks a million 👍

    Definitely going to try these. I also wonder if it can be aggravated by the "snapping" of the elbow on the shot as the arm pressure is released and the "push" straightens the arm to max extension for a split second.

    That's a good thought and it could contribute to the issue. However, that's a necessary part of your "finish" to your shot and likely unavoidable. You may be able to minimize it and make it less drastic which could be helpful.

    I am a disabled archer i have titanium rods and screws in my L1 to my L3. . I do not have elbow pain. But after a 3D round. My lower back is killing me. I shoot 60# pounds no problems and 29 inch draw. Do you have a way too make my lower back stronger. Thank you
