this is great, thanks
Very well articulated kinesiology here. Too often proper form is taught as a story and not from 1st principles.

They're easy to fall into! The goal then becomes getting out of them and staying out of them :)

Thank you, and you're welcome!
So I can’t lie I am a pretty strong guy but anymore than 50lb and my shoulder really hurts. Hope this vid helps
Hi great video. I have a question, would you agree that a short draw length can cause front shoulder pain. Because the draw hand seeks to anchor, this the bow shoulder is pulled back, up and across the body. Whats your thoughts and have anyone reading this experienced this situation?

Hello, thank you! Yes, a short or long draw length can cause front shoulder pain. If draw length is incorrect, it encourages the shoulder into misalignment/vulnerable position which can irritate certain structures in the joint. This can lead to pain over time. Typically the solution is fixing the draw length and strengthening the shoulder so that it stimulates healing and prevents the vulnerability in the future.
Do you have any exercises you recommended to help build strength in the shoulders? Think I have some of the first breakdown occurring and it’s sore for multiple days if I shoot for any length of time. Shooting at 70lbs and the drawing arm is perfectly fine but my bow arm has the pain
