I was doing this after a whole arm ache which is like a 3-4 in constant pain, had xrays and bloodwork, all is ok but I really hurt my shoulder and then the pain travelled to my elbow and wrist and doing this seems to feel good. So good to know this can help the pain go away. I've gone through many bottles of pain meds.
Worked great . Thanks guys

So true. Just screwed my arm up digging the weeds out of an overgrown flowerbed. I'm a wreck. This, and many beers, seem to have done the trick.
I have had pain in this exact spot for months, real agony at times and total numbness especially at night. These exercises really help and I can actually feel a rock solid bit of my forearm as described! Tell me guys, I also have the exact same pain in my shoulders in an exact spot. Is it possible to get tennis shoulder? If so what exercises?
You know when you really hit 40 when you start watching Bob & Brad🤣🤣🤣
Thank you so much. I work at a moving company and this was very helpful.
Thank you both so much for this video. . I tried the exercise right along with you and my arm pain level was about a 6 and after I was done it went down to about a one. . Awesome!! ❤🎉

Thank you so much for posting this! I've had pain for over 6 months, which had barely improved. It hurt so bad to grip things, I could barely pull up the blankets while I was in bed. After doing this a few times a day for just a couple of days, the pain is probably 90% gone. I'm so glad I found this video!

@@halamakssoud9329 I started about 3 times a day for a few days, then 1-2 times. Sometimes longer than 90 seconds. After a couple weeks, I just did it if my arm was feeling sore that day.

Really instant results. I didn't even know that the pain I was feeling was called tennis elbow. It's my Breakfall arm in karate, which I haven't done for 6 months. I presumed it was recovering. It definitely is recovering now after following this technique. Thanks B&B.
