How to Fix A Stiff Neck In 2 Minutes (ALWAYS WORKS)
.
Real talk, a stiff neck is crippling, you can’t do anything. In fact, if actually do manage to do anything physical, you end up causing more pain.
.
What if you could change that?
What if there actually was a way to unlock that stiff neck…FAST?
.
That’s what you’re getting in this video.
.
When you have a stiff neck, you immediately lose the ability to turn your head, extend or flex, in fact, do anything other than just sit there, in pain.
It’s either going to be the muscles causing the problem and preventing movement. Or, the cervical vertebrae themselves aren’t doing what they’re supposed to be doing. The bottom line is the neck is restricted.
.
This is where it gets really good.
We are going to introduce rotation into the spine and clear out that neck pain, now!
.
Grab a band, a rolled up t shirt or a towel because you’re going to need it.
.
Place it around your neck and hold the ends with each hand. Keep the band over the area of your neck that is ruining your day. Now pull harder on the hand that is opposite the direction you want to turn your head. If you can’t turn to the right for example, you’ll pull harder (forward) with the left hand the other hand simply holds in place.
.
While you’re pulling to the one side, actively work slowly to turn your head.
.
For the rest of the movements, jump on the video and follow along.
.
You’ll find that after going through these, your range of motion will be much higher and your pain will be much lower.
.
Do all of the movements 10-15 times each and then take a break. You can hit this as many times as you need to during the day.
.
Then back at it!

I can testify to the efficiency of this technique. It won't make it 100% perfect at end ROM rotation if there's an underlying problem obviously but brings back the normal functioning ability almost instantly. And I'm kinda extreme case since my nerves keep getting trapped in that area pretty often from what I've learnt is benign tumor lel

@@Bbronson I'm sure definitely genetics play a big role, Trev's delts are extremely prominent and it's not like his triceps and biceps are small giving the illusion of bigger shoulders, his shoulders are just extremely well developed and rounded. I used to think maybe his tatoos played an optical illusion part but his delts still look amazing even with a t shirt on! They look like they belong on a guy 50lbs heavier! I'm not at all jealous 😂😂
