How to fix a leak on a shower hose.

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

An annoying leak from the shower hose. You only remember to do something about it every time you get into the shower. Well I did anyway.

Hi Al, Thanks for tip use a tap washer, if any body struggles to drill it out trap it in a vice between to bits of ply & a pair of grips, spray wd40 while drilling then it will cut clean hole, from Coventry in the UK.

Happy New Year to you all. Just love Little Mo, so cute. Who was the extra actor in the back of the vlog - little kitty? Lol. Al can you please do a vlog explaining the valves on your rad and what they do? I have just a old gas boiler system and my rad valves just have white caps, the brass nipples and the x2 washer you unscrew for the PTFE tape. A mystery to me is which valve lets water in and which regulates the temp. Now is it the left for temp and the right valve for water flow etc? This idiot would love a guide to the rad system lol 😂. Ooh another question, why are some of my rads double rads and some not? Is it just a case of what the plumber installs on the day? Ooooh yet another question, why do bathroom rads have a thermostat control and all the other rads don’t? Sooo many questions, lol

Our shower has a diverter that switches between the shower and bath tap, but both leak depending on whichever one it is turned to. Does this mean it's more a tap washer issue? Thanks
