Coach Nathanimal demonstrates how to correctly do a high leg step over to finish a single takedown. Although, unorthodox, it is a highly effecting takedown if done correctly. This move is effective in folkstyle and freestyle wrestling. This technique can also be used in jiu jitsu and mixed martial arts.
