Coach Nathanimal demonstrates how to correctly do a high leg step over from the seatbelt/ whizzer position. Although, unorthodox, it is a highly effecting takedown if done correctly. This move is most effective in folkstyle and freestyle wrestling. This technique can also be used in jiu jitsu and mixed martial arts.
