Hello sir I am from India ..my left eye vision is 6/60 and for right eye is 6/6 .. I am also keratoconus patient and got treated with c3r for left eye 3 days before.. Can i ever see from left eye.. My ophthalmologist has said it can be corrected to 6/36 .. Please sir do not give me falls hope...

So what about different axises? Like 135 or so on 45 or 69

In your video about ( which prescription should be transposed). when the power of the sphere and cylinder are the same but opposite in signs, it should be transposed. your last example with astigmatism +1.00/-1.00 x 90, shouldn't the prescription be transposed?

Yes it should be transposed and after transposition you will get the real type of astigmatism. And if you don’t want transposition then go for 2nd method which OPTICAL CROSS. The answer will be the same with both of the methods.

Why axis at 180 degree and power at 90 degree 🤔

Sir how should we take it Alegebrically or power ? For example Alegebrically we say -1 is greater than -5 But in myopic power we say -5 is more myopic than -1 So m so confused in it?

Dear..in this lecture we are seeking that which meridian is more steeper..so higher the minus power steeper will be the meridian..lesser will be the minus power less steeper will be the meridian.. So of we move towards plus..higher the plus value..lesser will be the power of the eye and flatter will be the meridian.. If you still confused..inform i will make it clear with a short video

Quite simple..hyperopia means lowering the plus power..so higher the hyperopia means lowering the plus power of eye.. Refine your concepts..!!!!!!!!!!!!!
