You left out the best part! About how we drove to the hospital to pick you up, you barged off the side of a cliff halfway back, we carried you down and tucked you in, then the next morning I fed you your medicine and campfire pancakes! 😂🥰❤️ Love you, stay safe Che’lu!

I’ve wanted to sharpen this way for a long time. I use a pocket ceramic honing block. Not great but gets the job done. Definitely grabbing these items and gonna got through your video again! Thx!

I've always just used smooth, pitted rocks to hone blades, more or less for regular blade maintenance, as they tend to have curves that make them more forgiving about initial alignment with the blade's angle.

"A dull knife is a dangerous knife" anyone cook or chef could attest to this! If you're going to have an accident, and accidents are going to happen, you *really* want to cut yourself with the sharpest knife possible. You're much more likely to wind up with non-serious injuries that way. I've slipped and chopped my finger with a chef's knife before, and I was lucky to be using the best knife in the house that I had just sharpened earlier than day. It went straight through my fingernail and while it wasn't pretty, it wasn't anything a few days of rest couldn't fix. Do yourself a favor, sharpen your knives regularly. Don't get complacent with a dull knife, you will regret it.
