How to field dress a pheasant in 10 seconds - Bushcraft
Спорт
Nigel Hawkins demonstrates a quick and simple way to field dress a pheasant that removes all feathers, guts and skin from the breast.
All quarry caught is dispatched humanely, shown the upmost respect and everything is eaten by myself, hawks, dogs & ferrets. Nothing is wasted!
This took place on one of our Falconry and Wilderness bushcraft days. Please visit our website for more details of our private experiences: www.hawkinsfalconry.co.uk/inde...

Great stuff. Please keep making videos on what to do with your quarry out in the field. Very helpful!

Does this method work with other wild fowl such as duck or pigeon?
Quick and easy. Problem is transporting meat home. Also this prevents proper aging of birds. Definitely one way to do it.
Can you do this with hung brids or do they have to be freshly shot?
nice vid

Awesome work, do you twist the wings off?

lhough84 Thanks. I normally twist or cut the wings off at the first joint in the field and give the wings to the hawks to eat. They take great pleasure in plucking them and eat everything, even the bone.
What is that yellow thing on the breast?
